Worse hotel ever
This place is the worse hotel I have ever seen. The room the gave us first we couldn’t open it because the door handle was broke. The lady at the desk came to the room and yanked the door till it opened. I told her we can’t do that evertime we come and go. So she sent us to another room that hadn’t been cleaned it had someone else’s food in it. So she gave us another key that was the same way , three times later we told her we will go to the original room for the night. We went I. The room and the deadbolt didn’t work and it stunk real bad. I stayed the night because we drove 15 hours that day and at this time it was midnight. Got up at 7 in the morning got a room at Hampton. Be ware I wasn’t the only one that had issues that night so the manager told me the next morning.

I stay here from Saturday to Tuesday charged me 25 to check in a nasty room early. Stated they didn’t have anymore rooms available so I cleaned my room myself. I called every day for clean toilets they never had any my refrigerator had no racks. The lady at the front desk left me on hold for 15 plus two times. When I went down there to to talk to her she gave me her manager card and walked off.

On your stay at Red Roof, please consider reserving a Deluxe 2 Full Beds. In regards to housekeeping, the hotel is currently offering limited cleaning services for stayover guests. We sincerely apologize if these information wasn't thoroughly disclosed to you prior to check-in. You also highlighted that the room's exterior upkeep wasn't to your liking. This hotel definitely needs some major updating and improvements. The room I stayed in smelled like musty old water. The carpet around the bed was soaked and the air conditioner didn't even work properly. The loud noises above the room from people running around didn't help the experience either. I notified the front desk about the moldy, wet dampness smell in the room and that the AC didn't work properly and nothing was done to fix these issues. Horrible experience.

The check-in clerk was adamant that this was a "No Smoking" room, and that I would be fined for violations. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for months! Told the front desk that I was not responsible for smokey smell.

I had an upstairs room and no one offered to help with luggage. They held a $52 deposit on Friday evening and as of this morning, the following Wednesday, that deposit has not been returned to my account.

The room itself was okay. Actually got the room we saw in picture. Do not like having to change our own bedding and get our own fresh towels. Inconvenient. Would not recommend to anyone. Also saw guests upset about this too.

Very disappointed in this property. The room spelled like urine and there was no microwave or refrigerator. They tried to give us another room but the experience was so bad that we decided to go to another hotel down the street.

Worst stay ever!!!!
It was dirty holes in bathroom door mold in shower nothing like the picture is it supposed to have a separate bedroom with the main room? And the sheets were stained bugs, and the carpet was dirty where you could take a washcloth and wipe the carpet and it would be black with dirt.

I didnt like the staff they were rude & they snuck fees onto the bill without notifying me. They forced me to move my check in date up & I was forced to leave a day early. Definitely would not recommend.

check in is at 3p, you checked in at 1a which is why your reservation was for the day prior. The security deposit is clearly stated on all websites and was refunded to you when you checked out
