Beautiful property, lovely room and super comfortable beds! Staff were helpful and pleasant, and breakfast was delicious! We were very impressed with our stay and would definitely stay again!!

It is a well maintained old building ...but is is an old building and its hard to compete with modern heating (bedroom comfy/bathroom very cold). Bed is soo comfortable as well. It is entirely unique however in the charm, intimate interaction and beautiful dining area (i could not take advantage of this visit but hope to when I return) To be honest, it was the event entertainment (Theresa Malenfant! excellent always) that drew me there...but the overall experience will bring me back.

Huge room with two double beds. Bathroom the size of a coliseum. Rothesay is a lovely alternative to downtown Saint John and only 15-20 minutes into town. The Inn is lovely and quiet and would be $1000 a night in a large city.

It was a historical building and interesting. No elevators, but we specifically picked this location and paid extra because we wanted a jacuzzi tub. After checking in and being shown to our room, we were told the jets did not work. I didn't believe it just happened that day, and even if it had, they should have contacted me and/or offered a discount. Instead they waited until we were in the room and sprang it on us. The room was still beautiful. Then we were told there was no room for us to eat dinner on the premises, that we should have made a reservation in advance. Would've been nice to know that as well. Instead we were told there was a pub down the street so we went there. The pub's food was awesome, especially homemade desserts! 😋 Kask and Kettle Irish Gastropub. Still, staff was lovely at the hotel, and gracious. Just the rest was disappointing.

Lovely inn just 10 minutes from Saint John
This is a beautiful inn. Our room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is wonderful as well.

Extremely friendly rooms were clean the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I wish is there with a coffee maker in each room sincerely, I would rather you meant this place highly

It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Beautiful premises , welcoming i keepers and staff and of course the lady of the house Taffy 🐶. We would recommend the Inn and hope to visit again!

Had a wonderful celebration at Shadow Lawn with a dinner for friends and their family and everything was lovely. Great hospitality, efficient staff, and a peaceful night in a comfortable room.

Lovely heritage property. Rooms were nicely decorated. Staff were great. Continental breakfast was good. There was a lot of sound transfer despite the efforts by the hotel to soundproof.

The staff, the buildings and atmosphere make you feel you are family. The breakfast is both amazing and efficiently served in a friendly manner. Great spot to explore the North Shore of PEI

Chambre propre, calme et confortable. Notre chambre n'avait pas de mini réfrigérateur, ce serait un bel ajout. Déjeuner continental excellent mais très léger. Personnel courtois. Aucune installation de recyclable dans les chambres. En 2022,cela devrait être acquis.

Everything was lovely. The interior decor of the lobby and dining rooms, the room itself, the lovely breakfast. The property is minutes away from a park where you can watch the sunset and a place to hike in the woods while being a short drive into Saint John.

good parking , quiet, friendly staff " Colleen" was wonderful. could have used a waste basket in room as it was a bit inconvenient to use the one down in the bathroom in room 4 , but it was a great stay ! !

The hotel is very comfortable. It has a cozy restaurant, and the food is fantastic. Both the owner and staff are super friendly. I advise you to book the hotel and the restaurant simultaneously, or you can not get a place.

Magnifique endroit! Le propriétaire est accueillant et très au service de ses clients. Le quartier est magnifique. La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner était excellent!
