Our room was not ready at check in time, we had to wait an additional two hours. Our room didn’t have a lamp all we had were ceiling lights. The coffee in the room was awful, we dumped it down the sink. The sink didn’t have a stopper. Won’t be staying there again.

I requested a room for 5 and a room with 2 queens was offered with no couch or roll away beds available for use. The doors are out facing and the area did not feel safe. All outdoor noises were very clearly heard in the room and worst of all, we found bugs in the bed. We were not offered a refund after bringing this to the managers attention - only a partial refund. We were offered another room, but I wasn’t looking to find another bug.

The location is really convenient and the rooms were better than expected. The breakfast is really basic, but there's a walkable restaurant right in front for more options. I will recommend it to family and friends.

When we checked in at 9pm they said pool and hot tub was closed. Then turned around and told us the hours was 10am to 10pm. So if we were there and vhecked in at 9pm why couldn't we use the hot tub?

Systems were down when i was checking oout. Ac/heating unit would not work perfectly. Thermostat was broken so i had to be manually turning the heat off. Sheets on bed were stained from previous use. It was noisy outside with cars and neighbors.
