Fabulous getaway
Had a wonderful get away with my daughter.Found the hotel to be very clean all staff were extremely friendly and helpful will definitely definitely return

Got the wrong room
I did not get the room that I booked. I booked the family self-catering and got the superior family room, which was very run down. The toilet seat was broken and there was mold in the shower. I specifically booked the self-catering room for this purpose.

Good day Cleavon.My Apologise for the inconvenienced caused.Please be advised that your 4x bookings were made on the 24 May 2023 and they were not guaranteed, We tried to get hold of you during the week to confirm the bookings and there was no answer. Please note that Our Hotel was fully booked to capacity on the 23 September, and we had to confirm all the arrivals with payment. Kindly be advised that our hotel policy requires the payment within 48 hours after you have received the confirmation booking.

Rooms need attention
The communal areas were great but the rooms need attention. We stayed in an eco room and everything was broken. I would not pay that money again. Not happy with my stay. Room 246.

Anew Resorts - Home away from Home
Anew Resorts is trully a great destination for families. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the whole family felt at home.

The rooms are comfortable and neat. Enjoyed our pool and service at the pool. Their dinner buffet was not upto my standard on Saturday hence we opted for dinner at Waterfall mall. Breakfast was okay however their omlette did not have relevant fitters. Not sure if they were lazy to chop ingredient.

Breathtaking
The location it is situated on it's own is refreshing, it was the best peaceful birthday outing, I think they prioritize buffet to other meals because we waited for over 25min for a pizza and chicken curry, in overall I'd still choose that place whenever I need to escape the busyness and the crazy challenges of life

The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was ok, the couch was filthy with stain marks & fridge had old food in it. We needed glasses as they catered for 2 instead of 4 people. Also had ring 4 times to get room service.
