The hotel was not clean or repaired. The TV in 303 did not work. HDMI cable unplugged.

I was called prior to arriving saying the room I reserved was not available. After getting in my room, I noticed there were no towels, no shower curtain, no coffee maker, the toilet seat was broken, no hair dryer, a brown stain on the comforter, and the phones did not work. I went to front desk and she gave me towels and a shower curtain to put up myself. Was not apologetic at all. Other customers in the lobby told me they were experiencing the same thing with no shower curtain or towels. I told the manager on duty the next morning of the issues and she was not apologetic nor offered to discount my stay. I wouldn't stay there now if it were free. Absolutely inexcusable.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a variety of food choices. The hotel is a bit rundown and could use some maintenance. Our bathroom was missing a towel rack and toilet paper holder. The fridge had no freezer door so all the food froze.

This hotel a was so-so. Not the hotels fault, but it is rather hard to get to. Looks okay on the outside. Inside there were a few cosmetic flaws. There was a small problem with my room. They were very quick to make things right. I have no complaints about the room. Breakfast is included. Came down on Friday morning at 7:30 and there was almost nothing left. I was in the dining area for close to 20 minutes. No one came and restocked the breakfast.

I tried to call the hotel before we arrived but only got a busy signal. When we arrived the receptionist told me that their phones line wasn’t working. When I checked in I arrived with a family of 7 only to be told that 1 of my 2 rooms that I booked could not be occupied because their dryer was broken and they had no way to clean the sheets before we came. So all 7 of us shared one room. This sent a shiver down my spine. We boarded the dirty scary looking elevator to go to the third floor and was greeted by a piece of wall border lying on the floor. When we entered the room I immediately checked the sheets and comforter and of course there were stains. We were disgusted but could not leave because all of the hotels were booked up. Don’t stay here! This is NOT a Comfort Inn but a Discomfort Inn.

Got there after a long drive and the room was not available because the dryer was broken so there were no sheets. No one contacted us to say there was a problem. Totally unprofessional and missed a very important basketball game because of the issue.

The entrance to the property is not easy to get into. You have to really pay attention to a weird turn or you’ll end up on a fifteen minute loop around 20E and 20W to try again. The creepy strobe light out front and chlorine/bleach smell downstairs put up red flags for me. The elevator was dirty and seemed like it was barely working. The room smelled like mildew or mold. There is no WiFi!!! They say there is and provided a password but there was no network to join! Only Onyx Guest or OGaming, neither of which the password worked. I would called the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work.

Property dirty. Elevator very dirty and smelled bad. Room was below average. Bathroom shower/tub had hair in tub….either it needed to be shaved or washed out. Shower head was not adjustable and water hit you in the forehead. In our 4 day trip this hotel was the worst and the most expensive.

The presentation of the hotel was good, however the smell in the hotel was unsatisfactory. The elevator had maintenance issues that need to be addressed immediately! Then once I got to my room I had internet problems that had to be addressed by me switching three rooms, and then the last room couldn’t hold the sustained connection very long without giving out. The room was clean and nice . However the other areas made the stay unpleasant. I hope these issues can be addressed especially the elevator issue whereas the door would close and open and close again before it went to the next floor.

Found a live roach in our bathtub. Fitness room is pitiful. One treadmill, bike and elliptical and the treadmill was broken. Door to public restroom on first floor and lady was locked inside. I booked 5 rooms—4 with king beds and one a double queen. They didn’t get the reservation From Expedia correct so we only had king beds which meant 3 people slept in a king bed together.

We reserved 4 king bed rooms and a two queen room. When we arrived they didn’t have a two queen room reservation. They said they would put a roll away bed in one of the rooms and it didn’t happen. Just disappointed that the reservation from Expedia didn’t get relayed to the hotel for us to get the proper room.

The staff was amazing but the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. They also had roaches in the bathroom and the room had a smell. I do not recommend this hotel for cleanliness

Bed comfortable, staff nice. Miss road first time and had to go over 5 miles down interstate to turn around, access could be better. Right on interstate so traffic noice can be heard. Nothing special but would stay again. Met our needs for a one night stay.

Very nice place, a good nights sleep
Very comfortable and clean, great staff, the only complaint was the AC/heat unit didn’t have a thermostat control so we had to get up and turn it on and off all during the night as it would get too hot, the fan never would stop running. Other than that it was great.
