I was called prior to arriving saying the room I reserved was not available. After getting in my room, I noticed there were no towels, no shower curtain, no coffee maker, the toilet seat was broken, no hair dryer, a brown stain on the comforter, and the phones did not work. I went to front desk and she gave me towels and a shower curtain to put up myself. Was not apologetic at all. Other customers in the lobby told me they were experiencing the same thing with no shower curtain or towels. I told the manager on duty the next morning of the issues and she was not apologetic nor offered to discount my stay. I wouldn't stay there now if it were free. Absolutely inexcusable.
