Really good!
This hotel is very close from airport. the snack bar and restaurant is very comfortable and open to the customer. we arrived at the hotel over 9pm and we could not have dinner. but, the restaurant area is opened to use by customer freely, so, we could have dinner at the area with 24hours snack bar. it feels very good and make relax.

Experience was good overall. We stated there would be 5 travelers but no bedding was provided for the 5th traveler. I had to go down and request it.

Our arrival was underwhelming. The lobby is very white and sterile. The check in desk still has plexiglass and PVC divider that looks as though it was built quickly in 2020 and never took down and upgraded. A canister of Lysol wipes was behind the glass. Overall it felt like a hospital. The hall carpets need to be vacuumed. Our room was clean but the mattress was sunken in the middle and needs replacement. Although we didn’t use it the pool area looks nice.

At midnight the room above us had children running and jumping screaming for over an hour. Sounded like a herd of buffalo. Contacted desk and things did quiet down some. After traveling 1700 miles, did not need this!

Convenient but a bit concerning
Overall, this hotel was a great place for us to stay just before our early am flight out of Sacramento. The shuttle service to/from airport allowed us to cut a full day off rental car. Training for the front desk staff is needed though. Two things made us uneasy, but ended up working out fine. We checked in with another couple, two employees coordinating our rooms. We got a call later that we each had been assigned the others' rooms. Also, we made shuttle reservations with the front desk for our early am flight for a time we felt would give us leeway at the airport. Then got a call later that we would need to take a later or earlier shuttle, as the one we booked on was overbooked. This gave us concern that we may not make our flight or lose an extra hour of sleep. Worked out, but certainly added stress to our visit.

I liked that there was a shuttle service from airport to the hotel. The staff there were welcoming and very helpful with helping me decide what time to leave the next morning to catch my flight. I liked that there were numerous dining options a short walk away.

Dirty room for every hotel booking. This is dispicable. I spend over 60k can't believe the traveling business is going to trash. What is breeder way everyone talks about that's the free way to travel.

Key Location
Location was excellent. Nearby eateries was a plus. Micro, coffee and refrigerator was such a plus. We may stay longer the next time we are in town. Only downfall was waking up to use the restroom and be blinded by bathroom light! If that could be toned down it would be amazing.
