First time in this area and this hotel is NICE. So clean, friendly staff, in a really beautiful walkable area. Wish we were staying longer!

Located in a big shopping center. You can walk to everything movie theater market and lots of food options. Very nice and convenient

Our Red Hawk Casino New Years Eve Trip.

I liked the little shelf by the door where we put the key card. There were plenty of USB ports. The K-Cups for coffee were better than the old school coffee. The breakfast had plenty of choices including eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc.

This was a good place to stay overnight with my husband and 2 kids when visiting family. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful, comfortable, and attentive staff.
I love this place: the staff is always hospitable, and this past trip Josh at the front desk was especially helpful and knowledgeable. We will remember his professionalism and kindness for a long time! The interior design is crisp, modern, and very comfortable. They have down duvets, a mix of down and hollow-fill pillows, and nice cotton towels. Breakfast is complimentary and is remarkably good. Excellent location too; walking distance to the great shops and restaurants of the El Dorado Hills town center, plus a nice walking/jogging path around the little lake in the center of the businesses & residences. We appreciate this Holiday Inn Express and use it as home base when visiting relatives in the area.

Very noisy, think twice
Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a restful morning. The hotel is nice enough and clean too but the landscapers started at 6am Monday morning with their blowers and edgers. It was very annoying to pay to sleep somewhere but you can’t because of their maintenance. We spoke with the front desk who told us they have no control over that schedule, the Town Center Association handles it. We did call the Association and remind them there is a noise ordinance but they didn’t seem too concerned. I can’t speak for the breakfast, if you want that you better get there early, they stopped serving at 9am, we arrived at 9:10 :((. Shortly after the landscapers the garbage truck arrived. We’ll never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and go ten minutes up the Hwy to Folsom, lots of choices there!

Very overpriced for the value. It was clean, but very basic in amenities. Bedding was wrinkled and just didn't seem clean. No glass cups or coffee mugs. TV has no smart TV features.

Had the band next door playing music till 11pm. Front desk said they will stop at 10pm. That was a lie. The guy at the front desk said they stop when they want to and it’s a constant battle between the restaurant and the hotel. Thanks for “upgrading” us to a noisy room.

I liked the fact it was close to & a convenient location to our nephew & nieces house. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The only problem was on Friday evening the elevator was down and we had to walk up three flights of stairs to the 4th Floor.
