We chose to stay at this property for its location. However, the hotel seems to be in a bit of disrepair. The spa was non-operational, and the breakfast options were limited and few in quantity. The bathroom was quite dated with noticeable wear to the bathtub and visible mold around the faucet, our room had a musty cigarette odor even though the staff claimed it was a non-smoking room. The smell was so off-putting that I would not choose to stay here again, even though it was very convenient and close to shopping with good freeway access. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were nice.

The bed was awful. And the room was loud. A buzzing or humming and could hear everything in hallway. I was up all night because of this.

Everything was great ! The staff is amazing. They’re is a grilling outdoor patio area. Pool, basketball. Lots of things to do.

The room was great, really lovely. Nice hotel, lobby was nice and clean, hallways clean. Outside of building attractive. Unfortunately the power went out in the morning. Not your guys' fault obviously. I thought the desk staff could have been a little bit nicer. Breakfast was just okay. Pros: good coffee, nice selection of food and beverages. Cons: Juice dispensers out of order, waffle maker dirty, the kitchen ran out of sausages and bacon before I got to breakfast.

My only complaint was the jacuzzi wasn’t working .. I was looking forward to that but other then that I had an amazing time and the staff was all great.

Warning-$12 a night for parking at your own risk.
I was very disappointed to find they charge $12 a night to park overnight. The hotel is in a strip mall next to a Sam's Club, not an area where parking is a premium. It would be nice to know upfront that the "pet friendly " hotel charges a $100 pet fee. The pull out couch was the worse i have ever encountered. We put the matress on the floor which did not help, the springs in the matresshad lost all ability to provide comfort. The staff was friendly.

Stay was excellent but our only disappointment was that they don’t provide amenities like body lotion. Their in shower body was was totally empty. Picture showed a walk in shower & we got a room with a tub shower combo. Otherwise, very comfortable stay.

My experience was average. Most staff were friendly aside from the manager who was very rude towards us and not helpful as we were getting over charged for things that were not on our invoice. she refused to look into what was being charged and kept insisting they were “pending incidentals” even though I had already paid for the incidentals and the room rate and applicable taxes. I confirmed with my bank that the charges already went through and when I questioned the manager she was disrespectful and offered to check us out without rectifying the situation. No one told us about the housekeeping being every other day, even when housekeeping was in our room all they did was make our bed. We had to ask for clean towels. And they disnt take out any garbage. Won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast was sad even by hotel standards. It was difficult to use the in room information like the basic hotel information such as check out time or that the pool was closed. There are no carts for luggage and a guy was picking through the trash can by the entrance pretty regularly. But the room was clean and quiet and the property is well locatef

We stayed at this property for a little over two weeks. The room was great they had all the dishes and main utensils. They had full size shampoos, conditioners, and body wash in the showers. It also had a laundy facility which was convenient. The staff was wonderful and really took the time to greet you. The breakfast lady was amazing everything was great. She made sure to have pork free options, she always had fresh food being rotated in no matter how busy it got, and was always attentive to the guests and her area. I loved staying here and would definitely come back in the future.

It was late on the move, so I ended up spending the day without plans. I made a reservation late in the afternoon and stopped by. It was a good price of $96 before tax, perhaps because of the late discount. However, when I check in I was embarrassed by asking for 100 dollars for Dog Fee, which was not mentioned anywhere when I made a reservation, such as Expedia's Price detail or the hotel's website. I even felt unpleasant that I was deceived. If it had been informed in advance like other contents, I would not have felt this way, and if I knew the contents, I would not have booked here. And In fact I could't understand that I paid 12 dollars for self parking in the public mall, but when I looked closely later, it was guided. It was an unpleasant night in many ways. There was no problem with the people working or the facilities.

My room was as described. It was clean roomy and bed was very comfortable. A good breakfast offered every morning. Across the street was a big outlet mall. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Only problem was early in morning (around 4am) was some kind of alarm beeping going off that was making it a little hard to sleep. Itt went on for awhile. But other than that, enjoyed. Would still recommend to friends as the alarm was probably a fluke.

Spacious & comfortable
The space was larger than some apartments I’ve looked at. Everything was clean and well-stocked and everything worked! (Faucets, sinks, TV, kitchen appliances—everything!) Breakfast was good and a little different each day. Only thing not up to par was the indoor pool/spa. Prior reviews indicate that is an ongoing concern, so if you need that amenity, this Residence Inn is probably not a good choice. The $12 daily parking fee was excessive. It’s just an outdoor parking lot under trees and near freeway, so within a week, my car was filthy! Seemed there were no security patrols and the release stated hotel was not responsible for anything, so I’m really not on board with the steep parking fee. But staff was friendly & helpful, so I’d probably stay there again.
