Very nice modern rooms, clean and cozy. Parking is a little hard to find close to your room when arriving late. Area seems safe and there is a security guard on property at night. Over all a good experience.

I loved that this property had a full kitchen and plenty of space in the room. The breakfast was included and was decent. I didnt like how close it was to the freeway and that the doors opened to outside. Also, there was some debris in our pullout sofa, but they did come replace the mattress pad. Overall good for ehat we needed and a decent price. Will stay here again.

Only thing I didn't like was that they hadn't come to clean up while we were out. I guess they do that if your stay is longer. I guess I get it since it's more apartment style living but I feel they could've at least taken the rash out. Otherwise, it was great

The price of the grocery counter is just way too expensive. The front desk staff usually takes a long time. The property is nice, clean, and modern. Be staying again if I have a chance to visit Sacramento.

This is like an apt. We stayed on ground floor and heard everytime someone walked above us and whenever they turned on the water. I was up at 10pm, 4am, 7am, 9am listening to the people above us walking around so didnt get any sleep. There were stains in the shower and the lotion, soap, etc. were no name brands. Expected more for a $160 room. Parking was also $10.

Very good Service and Staff. Absolutely appalled they charged us $10/night for Parking. I mean this is a converted Apartment in the middle of nowhere

Staff are accommodating and the hotel is clean. The dining area was crowded at breakfast however, each room has a small table in the kitchen area so this wasn’t a problem. Overall we had a nice stay.

Not near the airport ... that's a bummer but they give you a $25 Uber voucher to get there/ back. Very clean and quiet. Hated the laminate flooring in the room. Everytime you move in bed the bed moves , makes noise because of floor. Very clean and friendly, good breakfast

The Bed was won out, refrigerator is very noisy and the policy rule of charging for parking is very low class, unexpected cost and surprises are annoyng.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, quiet place to stay, this could be your place. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and polite, and most importantly, this place felt very secluded and safe. I am traveling alone with my dog, so I am always looking for places that allow me to feel safe at all times; this is one of them!

Definitely recommend this property - stayed for a weekend with family and dog and was pleasantly surprised by the room size, features and the breakfast options. Next time I am in SD, will b staying here again for sure!

The property and staff were fine, the problem was that Expedia failed to mention the exorbitant $75 pet fee in its offer. I find this a failing of Expedia not the property. Pet fees generally are about $25 to $40.

Everything was ok upon check in. However we did notice what might be blood stains or stains in general in one of the showers on the floor. We ended up using one bathroom. I don't like that the public has so much access to the front doors as opposed to a traditional hotel. A random person knocked and knocked on the door and thankfully my kids know better than to answer. When I opened the door, she ran off and said sorry. We definitely liked the wild turkeys in the parking lot. Lol odd.

Room was great, like brand new! Food was great too, and the service in the lobby was VERY GOOD. This was better than most hotel experiences. The 1600 building was where we were, and even the hot tub and pool were great. No complaints from me!

The interior of the units are well laid out. There is a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The walls are solid so you aren’t disturbed by noise from other guest rooms. The grounds are well kept and give one the feeling of being in an apartment complex rather than staying in a hotel.
