It is an older building, but that gives it a certain charm. We were impressed at how clean it was. The staff was fantastic. They were pleasant to work with and made the process quick and easy. The location is perfect for visiting downtown. It had easy freeway access, yet not overburdened with traffic. We had everything we needed.

No breakfast option despite what Expedia said, but there was a minifridge. I had a great stay overall. Clean rooms, good service, quiet grounds.

Outdated Needs Updating
The room was dated and with no trees the sun was brutal during the day as the rooms all caught full sunlight until sunset. The water from the faucet has a mildly taste. It's cheap for the price, but don't rinse your mouth out with the water.

Quick o-nite trip to Sacramento
Quick overnight stay in Sacramento with us getting 2 rooms Manager accommodated an early checkin for me. Hotel is nice clean but dated but good for our purposes and more importantly, very economically priced.

Just the basics. Needed a good bed to sleep in, and this hotel delivered. I made a mistake in booking a cheaper smoking room, and the hotel employee was extremely kind and switched it to a non-smoking room. Convenient location and a good option if you are just passing through and need a place to sleep.

I am happy with this vintage motel. It has an inexpensive price and close to my needs. They have always been friendly and it is well maintained. I am not happy with Expedia and may not use them in the future.

Needed a place to stay while attending a concert in town. It was fine for this purpose. Room and bathroom were clean, everything was working fine, and the lady at the front desk was polite. You may hear some noise from the outside or doors banging as the rooms are literally next to each other but it was nothing excessive.
