Très bien placé pour le snorkeling et la plongée. Le cadre était magnifique, l'hôtel bien placé et très beau qui dénaturait pas du tout le cadre. Par contre certains équipements sont vieillots ou pas assez entretenus comme la climatisation, la porte de notre chambre ainsi que bac à douche qui manquait d'étancheité (l'eau coulait sur les côtés...).

Es waren traumhafte Ferien! Die Lage ist super, der Strand perfekt! Die Leute äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Einzige was mich ein wenig gestört hat, waren die Reservierungen der Liegen am Strand, aber das machen die Leute ja überall. Ich fand aber zum Glück immer einen Platz, war aber auch nicht zur Hauptsaison da. Ausserdem fand ich es ein wenig schade, dass man im Zimmer keinen Haartrockner hatte, auf Anfrage bekommt man den aber jedoch nur für paar Tage oder quasi nur dann wenn er gebraucht wird. Ansonsten habe ich wirklich nichts zu kritisieren, wenn ihr da seit, müsst ihr unbedingt eine Massage machen.

It is nice Location in the Red Sea, the service was nice the staff of the hotel was very nice and very friendly but the Air Condition not working . First night they gave very small room ( not 516 S. Foot ) no room phone working . No in room safe . food was very Poor no breakfast buffet .

The room was clean and comfortable, except it lacked a chair. This, however, was quickly provided upon my request. The grounds are attractive and well kept, and the food served in the restaurant is good and nicely varied from day to day, but it will be disappointing to gourmet diners. My only complaint is with the loud music broadcast outside until late into the evening. My room was on the opposite side of the hotel from where the music was emanating but it was still loud enough that I needed ear plugs to block it out while sleeping. I hate to think how much worse it was for the people in the rooms closer to the music's source. This is a common problem with Egypt's Red Sea resorts: at night they are geared more towards partying than sleeping.

Agréable séjour

L'hôtel correspond plus à un "3 étoiles" français. Les piscines, les jardins et la plage sont très agréables. Les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, néanmoins la literie est bonne. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Les déjeuners et les dîners sont bons mais un peu répétitifs. La WIFI est payante (environ 10€ la semaine par appareil) et n'est pas très fiable dans la chambre. Pour avoir une bonne WIFI, il faut se rendre à la réception. Autour de l'hôtel, on trouve quelques boutiques et l'accès aux transports (bus) est facile. Je recommande cet établissement.

Vacances en famille plongée

Hôtel en.bord de mer bien sécurisé. Chambre sobre et salle de bains vieillotte mais extérieur magnifique, animation correcte, bonne nourriture typique. Spa bien pour massages mais pas de hammam ni jaccuzi. Boutiques et pharmacie sur place. Snorkling depuis la plage privée surveillée. Club plongée sur place Jardins splendides. Tres bon rapport qualité prix

Zimmer waren alt und vergammelt man hat aber schon zu renovieren begonnen d.h. beim nächsten Mal muss man eben auf ein renoviertes Zimmer bestehen. WLAN kostete deutlich mehr Geld als eine ägyptische mobile telephone card Wir haben uns für letzteres entschieden Andere die das Hotel Wlan genutzt haben waren angefressen dass sie sich jedes Mal neu einloggen mussten beim Marsch übers Gelände

Séjour agréable.

Accueil agréable, personnel souriant serviable et à l’ecoute Des demandes de la clientèle. Belle piscine, dommage qu’elle ne soit pas chauffée. Jardins magnifiques et bien entretenus. Belle plage et bien aménagée. De nombreux endroits pour y boire un verre en toute tranquillité surtout en Janvier. Les bâtiments s’integrent Bien dans les jardins. Chambres et terrasse agréables. Buffets complets, mais regrets de ne pouvoir déjeuner dehors. Excellent séjour . Hôtel à recommander.

Die sehr schön angelegte Anlage überraschte uns sehr. Wir warten sehr von der floristischen Vielfalt und der Pflege überrascht. Auch die Poolanlage zweigte sich sehr gepflegt. Die direkte Strandnähe mit seinem Riff war auch toll. Jeden Tag genossen wir das Schnorcheln. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passte jedoch. Die Animation könnte besser sein. Die Frauen-Anmiateurinnen rund um Shams waren nicht wirklich präsent, hatten null Ideen. Shams hat das gut gemacht.

Endroit agréable, à l'inverse du personnel

Holel agréable avec plage privée, quelques coraux et nombreux poissons à quelques mètres du bord, idéal pour snorkling. Le personnel est le plus souvent distant, froid et ne se soucie pas de satisfaire la clientèle, cela est particulièrement vrai pour les personnes à l'accueil, notamment au point wifi. La plage est bien mais pleine de mégots de cigarette, dommage que le personnel nombreux et peu occupé ne passe pas 20 minutes par jour à la nettoyer. L'endroit est cependant très agréable, je donnerai un 13 ou 14/20 étant donné le bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bien mais... peux mieux faire

Points positifs : Les jardins, une vraie plage, la jolie piscine, le calme (séjour mi-juin, peu de monde), la nourriture : une bonne surprise, pas un choix énorme mais de la qualité. Et si vous êtes amateur de kite surf, je vous recommande le club Hawa Safaga de l’hôtel juste à coté, fantastique ! Points négatifs : Chambre attribuée de catégorie inférieure à celle réservée. Efforts d'entretien nécessaires à certains endroits (salle de bains, liner de piscine, allées). Personnel de l'accueil pas toujours aimable. La partie avec le bar dans une petite piscine n'est pas ouverte. Et attention aux transferts, surtout à l'arrivée, navette absente à la sortie de l'aéroport.

Pour un séjour plongée confortable

Dans une zone où l'activité principale et quasi-exclusive est la plongée, le Lotus Bay est une base idéale pour jouir des récifs environnants. Nous avons été très satisfaits du club localisé dans l'hôtel, le Barakuda club. Et comme il y a même des coraux à quelques mètres du rivage et un "récif maison", on peut même en profiter avec un simple masque et un tuba! Et sur la plage, on peut profiter des banquettes confortables du beach bar ... L'agence située dans le lobby de l'hôtel nous a organisé une superbe journée de découverte des merveilles de Louxor qui est à moins de trois heures de route. La chambre "luxe" et la formule "tout compris" ont été des petits plus bien agréables car l'établissement a beaucoup souffert de la désertion des touristes liée aux craintes (largement injustifiées) sur la sécurité du pays ! Wifi à 10€/ semaine, limousine confortable et rapide à 25€ par trajet pour l'aéroport d'Hughada (60 km de très bonne route).

in die Jahre gekommen

Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir hatten Glück mit einem neu renovierten Bad. Der Balkon war groß mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Was uns geärgert hat: Wir hatten AI, waren als Taucher den ganzen Tag auf dem Boot, nutzten AI tagsüber überhaupt nicht. Äußerst ärgerlich war, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes die Bar beim Tauchcenter von AI auf Bezahlbar umgestellt wurde. So muss man jetzt nach dem Tauchen durch das gesamte Hotel laufen um etwas zum Trinken zu bekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Poolbodens, sowie der Liegen am Strand und Pool ließen zu wünschen übrig (haben wir nur an einem Tag genutzt) Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, insbes. die Bepflanzung. Schade, dass das Essen sich leider seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt verschlechtert hat. Es gab außer uns doch noch einige Leute mit Magenproblemen.

Es ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nach wie vor okay. Wer "Rambazamba" will ist her falsch . Bin seit 1995 Gast in diesem Hotel und wenn man die Freundlichkeit zu schätzen weiß, wird alles versucht, was machbar ist - bedenke immer: afrikanischer Kontinent! !!!! Für Taucher optimales Hotel

Peaceful Holiday

The hotel is pleasant, I arrived very late at night and had just booked on line so I was not given a good room. In the morning they offered to change it but I did not want to move since i was there for only 3 nights. The beach is AMAZING and peaceful, it is the best asset the hotel has. The food was OKAY, I had better in Safaga & Hurghada. What I disliked about the stay is the service of the transportation company in the hotel lobby., very disappointing and when you are 45 min to 1 to hour drive from Hurghada it is unpleasant to feel trapped.

A good Value for Money Resort

The Beach ,the food and the sea view are all great.Unfortunately there was no Deluxe room with sea view so I had to take a double sea view room with sea view.The standard room was relatively small with water leaking air conditioner and Mosquitoes .

Bon rapport qualité prix

Ne pas s'attendre à un 4 étoiles aux normes françaises! Le cadre est très joli: belle plage et jardin bien entretenu mais les chambres et salles de bain mériteraient un bon coup de rénovation : le frigo a moitié rouillé fuyait, la TV date des années 90 et les matelas et draps ne sont plus de première fraicheur.. La piscine et la salle de fitness manque également d'entretien, les matelas des transats autour de la piscine ou sur la plage sont à jeter.. Le buffet (petit déj et autres repas) est par contre tout à fait correct et varié. Nous avons essayé le spa: éviter la formule complète avec sauna, hammam et massage... le hammam était froid et le gommage n'en est pas un puisqu'on se contente de nous étaler une pâte suspecte pendant 20 mn... le massage était "sportif" mais pas désagréable.. par contre nous nous sommes aperçus 2 jours après que notre masseur était aussi le garçon de plage tenant la petite boutique de souvenirs!!! bref, pas mal d'amateurisme!! Par contre, nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour plongée réalisé avec Nathalie Seguin (dont le bateau part juste en face de l'hôtel)

Ankunft 6:30, Check in aber erst 12:00. Bekam kostenlos ein Zimmer zur Überbrückung. Nach 12:00 konnte ich in das gebuchte, niedliche, helle Zimmer, mit top Meerblick umziehen. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel und am Strand, waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es gab abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Essen. In der Anlage ist eine lockere und ruhige Atmosphäre. Es werden schöne Ausflüge angeboten.Zu meiner Überraschung, sprechen viele Angestellte perfekt deutsch. Englisch natürlich auch. Ich war zum ersten Mal in Ägypten und meine Erwartung nicht hoch. Aber ich bin angenehm überrascht und ich werde, nächstes, Jahr wiederkommen.

Preis-Leistungsknaller

Da Hotel ist ein Preis-Leitungsknaller. Es gibt ein großes Buffet welches allerdings meistens immer sehr ähnliche Gerichte bietet. Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere im Restaurant und an den Bars sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt, an manchen Stellen ist jedoch der Renovierungsbedarf erkennbar. Aber das Hotel ist zurzeit dabei alles zu renovieren. Anfang März sind leider die meisten Gäste Senioren und wenig junge Leute. Außerdem gibt es nicht sehr viel zu machen um das Hotel herum, dazu muss man dann zum Beispiel nach Hurghada fahren. Insgesamt aber eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Strand. Wlan kostet allerdings Geld.

Relax and enjoy beautiful coral and it's wonders.

Stunning location to relax and enjoy nature. The hotel gardens are very well kept and a pleasure to walk around. My daughter and I spent most of our time on the beach or in the Red Sea which is an absolute must for snorkelers. The hotel is well equipped, it provides a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Rooms are not luxurious, they're functional and adequate. Our all inclusive terms provided everything that we needed, there was an excellent selection of meals available.

Can't wait being back!

Best place! Best beach, best beach bar, best view from room, best gardens, friendly staff which can't do enough for you, food is fresh and delicious and they cook everyday something else. I must have gained 10kg lol. Had fun, laughter and best time ever! Second time and no regret! Can't wait being back!
