The lady with longer dark hair and glasses was very friendly and welcoming and made check in and out easy and seamless. The breakfast attendant was also very nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were both relaxing and clean. I really can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect. I will definitely be staying here again it was a great family hotel.

The hallway to my room smelled of wet mold. The odor was strong. The toilet kept draining all night long. The toilet was also wobbly. There was hair on the conditioner bottle in the shower, as well as the small face towel by the sink. On the other hand, the front desk was nice and very accommodating to my requests. The breakfast was okay for the cost of the stay. It would be convenient if there were usb ports for the chargers on the nightstand/lamps.

Disappointed after staying at many different lovely BWP locations across the country. Slow check in with only one staff. Ice and snow in front of all the side doors where I was directed to park and unload, no hand carts to move luggage. Drains in the shower and sink were plugged. Dark reddish brown finger prints on the bathroom door. Only 2 bath towels in the room and 2 trips to the front desk because they were “forgotten”. Pool towels front the desk looked like cleaning rags. Hot tub only warm, and no pressure in the jets. Swimming pool and pool area were cold. Beds comfortable, breakfast good.

Everything was fine. Clean. Friendly staff. Only thing is that the fitted sheet and a hand towel had a stain. Im sure they were clean and the stains didn't come out, but still gross to find. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and nice. Arrival at night is very difficult to find the entrance. It is right before a highway ramp and unmarked. I would never stay here again as no warning From front desk best access to our room. We came in main entrance walked up 4 flights of stairs - no elevator - then down very long hallways - then down 1 flight then down 2 more long hallways - with no help with our luggage. It was terrible! Will not stay here again. And can you imagine if you had a fire! Very poor design!

The management host and cleaning service were all excellent. Very friendly, very polite very grateful for each, and everyone of them I suggest, or recommend a raise for them all!

Decent Place
We enjoyed our stay; however, the beds were very uncomfortable. I think the mattresses need updated. Other than that, we had no problems at all.

It's reasonably priced, easy to find, has a bar in the lobby area. The rooms toward the back are kind of laid out oddly. The entry door doesn't lock, every other hotel I've ever stayed at that has other entrances besides the lobby has had room key activated exterior door locks.

My husband and I had a very nice time during our stay. Our room was clean, and we had our linens restocked daily when we had breakfast in the dining area near the lobby. This was included with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We found the body wash to be empty when we showered the first day. To spite assuring us our room would be cleaned daily we returned late in the afternoon to find housekeeping had not cleaned our room. The manager said that they had left for the day but brought us clean towels. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff on checkout they rolled their eyes. The pool and hot tubs were both cloudy and smelled off. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Overall I would have expected better at the price point they are charging for the room.

My first problem was that I reserved a non-refundable room on the second floor not knowing that their elevator was broken and I am handicapped with a walker and bad legs. I found out after I had placed my reservation. I called Best Western and Page helped me to get a room on the first floor. That was great. I did not have to walk upstairs with my luggage. For one thing the room was not accessible and was a considerable distance from the office, bar, and breakfast area. The tub and toilet was in it’s own very little room with no handrails to hold on to. I could barely make it around in the room with my walker. The heater in the room was so hot that I had to turn the digital thermostat down to 62 degrees before the room was cool enough to sleep in. Each morning I was waking up to bug bites. I finally found the culprit on the shower in the bathroom. Toilet was not elongated and low to the floor. Toilet paper is in your way trying to sit down on the toilet. There were not enough towels in the room for 3 people. No towels in the pool area. We had to walk back to our room dripping wet with water to get our towels from the room. There was suppose to be a benefit package given to rewards customers but they were out. When I asked about the fireplace not being on in the lobby they said it was broke. The breakfast was great but the food was the same the 2 days we were there. The hot tub was working but the water was not hot or swirling like it is suppose to do. Pool water was cold. The
