I cleaned my own room. They put me in a room with feces and urine all over bedding and walls. As well as pubic hair all over our towels. I reported it to property receptionist and he wanted to put us in a one bed. I need two bed cause of my children. I told him if he gave me cleaners and gloves I would clean it. So we didnt have to go to a one bed. We wouldnt of all fit in one bed.

Never stayed at this hotel! We check in and left. This is no longer a hotel! It’s being used as a apartment building! People are hanging out in every corner and doorway. Although we signed a no smoking form. The three rooms we saw all smelled of smoke and to hide the smell it was sprayed with air freshener that I’m allergic too! We paid for a hotel room and left immediately and pay for a second one elsewhere. Please advertise your Apartment building for what it is a place where anything goes!

The property itself clearly was on a limited budget and infrastructure but served it's purpose as a cost affective stay. Unfortunately the owners are working with what they have, at no fault of their own, it's no five star and I would not stay the night with my family at this location. Overall the customer service was very good and the night staff were very patient and helpful working together to make sure I was squared away with my previously made reservation.

This place was awful. The first room was filthy, tv remote didnt work. Got another remote, after an hour, still didnt work. Asked for a new room after seeing a bandaid stuck to the side of the dresser and empty candy wrappers and whisky bottle in bedside stand. Next room still had clothes in the bottom drawer, 3rd room had trash in the bedstand drawer and blood on the comforter. Of course we were denied a refund because we booked through expedia. There were cigarette butts, empty liquor bottles, trash, condoms, old furniture and rubber gloves littered outside of the motel everywhere. Dont waste your time or money

if you just need a place to sleep.
I stayed in the one room at this motel that has a roll in shower for those with ability issues. The bathroom was in bad shape. To get the roll in, the floor was not flat. It had a distinct rise where the edge of the shower floor was made into a ramp. The seat in the shower was industrial, with a metal frame and bars only, no cushion (like the stock pic) or teak wood in between the metal bars. There were no vertical safety bars. There was a patch of black mold on the bottom of the wall. The door needed to be replaced because it had a hole on the bottom where someone kicked it repeatedly. The walls and ceiling were thin. I heard my neighbors actions and when the room above me took a bath and a shower. There was a cigarette burn on the bedcover. There was an office chair, but no desk area, so I ate on the bed or from the dresser. Very awkward. I stayed for 2 nights bet was not offered cleaning/towel service. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet was correct with a high seat. (I have used some with a low seat even for an ability room).

The first room i got had dried blood on the bedsheets!! And the 2nd room i got was completely dirty and had a sticky mess from alcohol by the bedside table.. i was very uncomfortable but had nowhere else to go.. will not be back.

The walls and bedspread was filthy. The sink was backed up and didn’t drain. The room smelled like stale cigars. The baseboards were laying on the floor. There was no toilet tissue. The toilet seat was not attached, it was broken and just sitting on the toilet. No smoke or fire alarm. No working TV. The frig worked but was far too dirty to use.

Rooms very dirty air conditioner inside room black, not in great location and it’s very shady people coming and going. Walls had black stuff on walls and room was just cleaned. Check in was 2-3pm and at 310 was told at least another hour went to a different place!

Staff were very accommodating. Lots of dust in the room on lamps, etc. Garbage and empty bottles under the bed. Lots of " 5 minute " traffic in parking lot during the night. Coffee maker could not be used due to missing parts and no supplies. Bathroom not in good shape as it could use a big update.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into the room was so dirty and nasty, and had the most horrible smell stuff was still in the refrigerator, then look like the room had been clean . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and they won’t give you a refund.

the beds where stained, the door nob didn’t work, the lock on the door was smashed in. people where smoking cover eyes inside their rooms, they’re where bandaids, pieces of bread, ashes in the drawers. the pillows where stained, the wifi doesn’t work.

This place is a sh*t hole!
This place is a dirty disgusting sh*t hole! The owner argued with us about check in time although it was printed on our reservation. Got to the room and there was a 1/2 eaten sandwich in the refrigerator, diapers in one of the drawers of the dresser and the microwave was caked with food and moldy. The floors were sticky and there was still hair stuck to the toilet seat. After complaining they advised that the hotel was 40 years old and that the room had been cleaned. They moved us to a different room and it was a little better but the sheets and blankets had stains and the floor was still gross. The lawn and parking lot were full of trash and looks like they haven't cut the grass in months. My boyfriend was afraid for me to take my dog out by myself. We cut our trip short and drove home never to return. PS they also rent to people by the week so every time you walk outside they are all staring at you and you have to walk through a cloud of smoke on the stairs as they enjoy sitting there. This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my well traveled life.

This red roof inn was very disappointing, there was hair all over the inside of the shower. There was a spot for a fridge but there was no fridge. And out of all things not one trash can in the room.

Drug dealing happening all day & night. Mini fridge & shower/bathroom were filthy. Room had ants in it. Staff was unhelpful. Said they couldnt switch us rooms due to expedias policys. Also had bites on my ankles the next day. Still praying it wasnt bed bugs!

The staff was wonderful and tried to be so helpful and friendly. In fairness they wanted to move me to another room I stayed ,but my room neede more extensive cleaning. I was to sickly to notice or clean myself.

I didn’t like the fact the floors were sticky, bathtub appeared to have mold in it, trash left everywhere from previous guests such as condom wrappers, or that the refrigerator had food gunk on it.

Cleanliness is an issue. The floor in the rooms were dirty and dead bugs visible on the floor. Bathroom looked like it was not cleaned at all with hair from the previous occupant. Only one clean towel, the other was dirty. Bed sheets looked like they were used already. Expectations were not high, but would have at least liked it to be clean.

Budget hotel but …
The pictures online make this hotel look okay. I realize for the price it is a budget hotel but the smoke detector wasn’t working, the floor between the bed and nightstand had something spilled that was never cleaned up, the floor in the bathroom had water (I hope it was only water) seeping up through the seams in the laminate. At check out the clerk was on the phone, he put it down but wasn’t really interested in my complaints about the room and certainly didn’t write it down to attend to later! We got what we paid for!
