Other than the lady that checked us in this is a great hotel to stay in and down town Saint John, very quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Most everything we needed for an entire weekend was conectable by a pedway. No need to go outside as the weather was snowy then raining. Even went to a CHL game.

I always enjoy my stay here. The kids love the pool and Hot tub and the temperature of pool is consistent every stay. lots to do around the hotel here. Loved our time here.

Checkout is not until 12 pm, but had the house keeping lady knock on the door at 9:40 am, not impressed, stayed it a lot of hotels and never had that happen

Great location, very nice room, super friendly staff- from front desk to the valet. Super impressed with the quality of the hotel for what we paid for it, they should be setting a standard for Delta hotels, especially in the maritimes!

Parking is very confusing. There is no sign that says to park on the 6th floor for direct access to the hotel. We parked on the 2nd level and walked around the building to the main entrance. Main lobby is very nice and the staff are excellent. We had a king room with harbour view and was surprised how “worn” the room was. They could certainly use a refresh but the bed was comfortable.

Elevators are slow, shower head was so low I had to squat down and I’m not tall. Very poor insulation between rooms teens kept us up well after midnight with young kids phone in room to call front desk to file complaint but it didn’t work. Property was once a nice option but time has taken its toll. Love staying in uptown Saint John but will be looking at a different property next time. Staff was excellent other than these gripes

They couldn’t find my reservation check in took over 45 min with a confirmation number from the hotel. I ordered room service and received a raw hamburger which took them over 15 min to come and check it and pick it up.

The room was cold. Parking was expensive. No information was given about breakfast. Key didn't work for room, but fortunately a worker happened to be there to manhandle the doorknob so I could enter. Very unfriendly place.

This property is outdated and in need of some renovations. I stayed 3 nights there and it was the worst sleep. The rooms have heaters that make more noise than a tractor trailer. I wasnt able to have a good night's sleep the entire time and the staff said all the rooms are the same. Sheets were dirty and they didnt change them when requested. I will never come back to this place.
