Friendly staff; good south indian breakfast buffet; good activities in the evening for kids and families to be engaged.

TGI Star Holidays Review...
The approach road is very bad. No Proper signage to locate the hotel from main road. Reception is like an average lodge. Rooms are not that great. Restaurant take too long to give food when ordered for dinner - as if they never expected people. Breakfast is OK. Invoice not given and when asked they told that it will come through email and nothing happened till now. It looks like, business to too low at Yercadu hotels due to too many options now a days...

Nothing like in the picture
To start with the first room that was provided was having some kind of foul smell, which turned me off...!!! But the staff were really nice to switch me to another room. The kitchen staff were really good but the food was awful, stale, no flavor at all, did not look like they had a professional kitchen. The access to the hotel is so bad it will screw up any car with low ground clearance I did continue my stay there because it was just for one night.

Good infrastructure.
Need to understand human physcology and design things, for example keeping a TV view perpendicular is not sensible. It need to be parallel. Provide shower not a bucket for bathing. When a customer pay 3k plus management need to look at this particulars. Appreciate the bed setup but not the quality of items used for bedding. I was happy with the customer service and the breakfast service. Keep up and improve on the human needs. Thanks.

Enjoyable Family Stay in Yercaud
Nice property for a family stay for sight seeing in Yercaud. The terrain is very inviting and reaching rooms is like a hike though pleasant for the energetic and adventurous. However Yercaud is no longer cool especially in peak summers and the lack of air conditioning does irk a little bit. Overall a pleasant and recommended stay for a sensible budget.
