Cosa rispondere?

i clienti in questione hanno soggiornato in una suite da 115 mq con terrazzo privato e bagno in marmo pagando 60 € . La colazione italiana come da loro specificato era inclusa . Sottolineamo colazione italiana quella che noi offriamo a tutti . Facciamo presente come sia possibile anche ordinare con menu' a la carte' qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. Tutto cio' e' stato inutile spiegarlo ai clienti in quanto continuavano a non capire. Facciamo inoltre presente come sia stato impossibile comunicare con loro per organizzare un check in impeccabile in quanto i recapiti da loro forniti erano inesistenti ( telefono ) ed inesatti (mail). Vorremmo inoltre sottolineare le ripetute offese al loro check out . Ci hanno apostrofati come mafiosi sol perchè le nostre risposte non son state di loro gradimento. Che dire ? Purtroppo fa parte del nostro lavoro. Capitano anche ospiti sgradevoli.

Ci scusiamo per il rumore . Purtroppo era dovuto alle valvole termostatiche appena installate. Quanto alla difficoltà di trovarci, su questo non siamo d'accordo, siamo presenti su tutte le mappe sul web e basta scriverci un mess what app per avere semplici indicazioni.

Thanks for the great review. Apologized for the brekfast italian brekfast is only sweet . We cannot do an international brekfast for two reason: 1) we are not an hotel , we do not have large space or hall for the internationality 2) International brekfast have a large cost for us , our middle price for persons in our structure is 30€ for day . Is impossible for 30€ for day to give a suite of 100 mq luxury and an internationality brekfast. International brekfast is possible only on payment (15€) . Regards

Very nice host. The error is really on hotel.com. The negative review though, put it to our facility that made it impossible to accommodate it in the best way.
