Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and place was clean. My King Suite room was much smaller than the picture. I wish it was clear there was no tub. My window faced a roof that was flooded from the rain. It was clear the drain in front of my window was blocked so all I saw lots of trash floating. It was very unsightly.

We had two adjoining rooms but could not use one of them because it was inaccessible. Apparently the door lock could not be opened. It was a bit inconvenient for us.

There was mold on the curtains. The beds were very squeaky. The WiFi was awful and not password protected. The staff was very unfriendly. I would NOT stay here again.

Room 202 There were several issues. The curtain had a big hole, the security latch was totally missing and the toilet paper holder was broken, so the paper kept falling on the floor.

While my next door neighbor played loud base music both nights after ten, the desk did respond and ask him to stop. The room was fine even though many scratches and dents in the bathroom. The pool where I took my granddaughter looked dirty on the bottom. The staff was very nice, though and overall it was okay. Didn't love the watery scrambled eggs and no meat, just thick "sausage" gravy.

Decent hot water. Great bed. Good work station. Nice desk staff. Room 317 windows fogged between glass panes...broken seal. Paint peeling above heat/ac unit. Great bathroom and hot tub inside room. I will stay here again.. great breakfast. Self serve, vut they have waffle station, fried egg pucks, bacon, yogurt, turnstile cereal, bagels, bread, one of the BETTER free hotels breakfasts ive seen. All the TV cable channels that i refuse to pay for at home. Watching junk cable tv reminds me i made the correct decision to dump pay cable.

The room was nice, reasonable in price, but the bed/mattresses were old/hard. Many "lesser' expensive hotels do not realize the importance of the bed. This is why were staying. To sleep! Put $$ in bedding, not whistles & bells. Thank you!

The only thing we liked was the bedding was comfortable and clean. However, the condition of the furniture and carpeting was some of the worst we have ever seen. Stained, worn, and mismatched. There was a mouse bait in the hallway and an infestation of fruit flies even in our room. This property is in need of a total remodel. Not only would we ever stay here again, we will no longer stay in any Radisson Country Inn & Suite since it's obvious they don't enforce standards.

Room and hotel itself was very average, but the cost was high. Breakfast was fair, fruit flies flying around the juice machine, had to ask to refill the coffee. When checking out, a receipt could only be emailed…I never received it, called the hotel when I returned home and requested it another be sent, and it never was.

DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT stay here. Overpriced is an understatement. Common areas, rooms, and exterior all in very poor condition and very dirty. Although I did not personally see a rat there was a mouse trap in my room and I talked to another guest who did have a rat in her room. These conditions would be bad for hotels in a cheaper price range so the fact they charge over $300 is criminal.

Bugs on wall and bug droppings under sheets. Torn bed skirt l tripped on. Dresser holding t.v. not bolted to wall and almost fell on me! Told manager he said carpet was recently taken up and that's why it wobbles! I am handicapped and shower was too slippery to use! The only person who helped me was a very nice hispanic lady in dining area. Very disappointed. Room 110

Could hear every noise from the room above. The toilet was not secured and rocked when you sat. There was only one small trash can in the whole room and none in the bathroom.

When we checked turning the knobs both ways on both the faucet and shower and allowing them to run for 30 seconds we found that hot water was available at that time. We encourage guest to let us know when issues arise so we may address them at that time. Thank you for being a guest

Very pleased
The breakfast was nice. Waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt and the regular continental breakfast fare. This is an older property that has been updated. Our unit was very clean and one thing I appreciated was the lack of carpet. LVP flooring in high traffic places does not hold the dirt like carpet. Convenient location and very close to a grocery store.
