Pamper yourself !!
We had a wonderful weekend getaway, and Quaaout was a great spot for nature and even a bit of golf! Was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful level of service , first class professionalism, starting at the door upon arrival. Felt like we were a valued guest from the first minute. Beds were super comfortable, and lovely lake view with a quaint outdoor coffee spot from our room with enough privacy to enjoy while indulging in the awesome Super Comfy Bathrobes !!

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. We had a dog and loved being on the ground floor and able to walk out the patio door and see the majesty of nature all around us. It was quiet, staff were really helpful, and the beds and robes were incredibly comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to try the spa but it seemed lovely. What I did get to try was the restaurant. We had breakfast and it was so good I have not stopped talking about it weeks after our stay. Greatly recommend the eggs bannockodict and French Toast.

Properly is beautiful. On the talking rock golf course and right up against the lake. The views are amazing. The food was unbelievable and the golf course is one of the best in the area. Will be going back.

It is a beautiful location. The restaurant has a great breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. There is an indoor pool but in the summer there is the beach.

Beautiful grounds and building. Certain areas of decor could use a refresh (pool area, some of the bath fixtures) as it's beginning to show signs of age/wear but everything has been lovely otherwise. Great food and beverage selection. Comfortable beds and beautiful common areas.

We love this resort. Clean and comfortable, every room is lake view. The restaurant, spa and golf course are all among the best the area has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Amazing hotel. Beautifully appointed, helpful, friendly staff. Very clean + comfortable. Gourmet dining with indigenous influence. Great for cross country skiing or snow shoeing in winter

Clean & Friendly but getting old
Staff are very friendly and super helpful with the necessities. Was not busy when we went midweek in late August during a pandemic. Building is starting to show its age but staff does great job with cleaning. Complaints: the TV in our "Signature Room" is small by today's standards. The treadmill in the workout room was not working. We saw a little frog jumping about in the swimming change room. Probably came up from the drainage sewer. Didn't bother us but likely may bother others and Quaaout should do something about it. Suggestion: we rented a canoe for a few hours. No one helped us launch it in the water. I didn't mind doing it myself but for a "Lodge and Spa", at least they should have offered to help.

This hotel is set on a beautiful location. I booked a room with a water view but the room I was given was closer to the back of the building with more of a parking lot view than a water view. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a long hair on our pillowcase and hair in the tub. But the food was outstanding.

Every time we turned around it was something wrong with the service. From our initial hotels.com reservation somehow being split in to putting us in a different room each night or them charging me an extra night at check out to waiting an hour for breakfast.

the hotel is lovely, as are the people. it was a really nice stay. too bad the restaurant was closed and the pool and hot tub. our trailer was broken into in the parking lot at night so that put a damper on our stay

First we were lied to about the pool being closed because of COVID-19 . One of the main reasons we chose here was for the pool and hot tub and there was nothing on the website about it being closed. We then we were told we could use it between 8-9pm, which confirmed the above statement to be a lie. Right before then we were about to head down to the pool, we got a phone call saying it was under construction which we could clearly see it was not. When asked, they just said sorry with no explanation. The next morning we tried to get room service which we were told we could. They would not bring the food to our room, so if you ask me, that’s not room service. Then upon checkout we were accidentally charged for the room that we had already paid for through Expedia, this was minor as we were reimbursed immediately, however that is when we noticed we paid $30 per night more through Expedia than what the hotels own rate was. When we booked on hotels.com it said we were getting a deal which turns out was not the case, especially seeing as we booked 2 rooms costing us roughly $60 more total.

Excellent stay and highly recommended!
Beautiful spot for the hotel and the golf course looks amazing and cannot wait for it to open. The rooms are nice, and we had a minor issue with the drain in our bathroom, so they upgraded us to the presidential suite and gave us a bottle of wine for our trouble. Excellent service and very friendly and professional staff!

We had the king room with tub and patio. Great room. The only downside side, on level 1 you have to shut the blinds while in the tub as people walk by your suite... lol We also sat out on the patio in our robes and glass of wine....more people walk by... part of the experience! Lol Next time, same room but level 2 or 3....very comfortable rooms and good lake views. Good food served for dining experience.
