Room smelled like a wet dog, cigarette butts and trash all around the property. Also, dog poop in the dirt areas. I have stayed at a lot of cheap hotels on this was the worst one ever. Just nasty!

I reserved a king bed room and got a queen bed room instead. I was not notified until I checked in. The room had hair around the sink in the bathroom and the sink in the bathroom did not drain. Very bad experience

The bed had multiple stains. The sheets under the blankets were dirty. I slept on the chair because I had an early morning and figured other rooms would be the same quality. When I told the woman at the front desk at check out she said “I’ll look into it” but didn’t care I was given a dirty room. All she asked was if I booked through a third party or the company directly. I told her through Expedia and she told me I could go because Expedia has my receipt and completely disregarded the fact I told her the bed was dirty. I walked out. I needed to leave and didn’t have time to argue with someone who didn’t care about disgusting hygiene for guest

Spend a Little More Stay Elsewhere
From the pictures - it seems like an awesome option for the price. However. It’s old, and not very well maintained. Elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs which wasn’t a huge issue but they only allowed you to use the main entrance, and they were definitely in need of cleaning. Pillows and bed were not very comfortable. The room itself wasn’t very clean - mildew on the bathroom ceiling, and some sort of stuff on the shower curtain, etc etc. There are no smoking signs plastered at the entrance stating no smoking within 100 feet. No one cares about that - every time we entered or left the hotel at least one person was out there smoking so we had to walk through their smoke plumes. Marijuana smokers on our floor. Just not a great hotel - there are far better options in that area; they just cost a bit more. But it’s worth the extra money. Front desk staff were friendly, though.

No public restroom for those on a long flight, or drive. Had to wait until we checked in. Nearly soiled myself. Placed us on the 2nd floor with ni elevator, and we could hear the women in the next room snoring most of the night. The heater did not work, it was 28 degrees outside. Smoking oder was present. Employees were smoking 25 feet from the front door, right next to the sign that said 150 feet.

I used Expedia and hours in advance to reserve and pay for my room. When I got there after traveling for 12 hours the front desk agent said they didn’t have my room. She was rude and not very empathetic. We stayed in the room she offered with no extra pay because it was a king bed. The room smelled and it wasn’t an upgrade at all. I canceled my second night there and went to a Motel 6 that was cleaner and friendlier.

Horrible experience
There was no one on the property to check us in. Lobby & main floor halls were filthy. A registered guest had a toilet overflowing and there was no help available. I was charged even though we never checked in. I returned to get a refund the next morning which the assistant manager insisted they had not been the ones to charge me (after multiple calls over 2 days they finally saw it was them and I did receive a refund) to find the lobby full of guests with a variety of complaints - no coffee, nothing for breakfast, fire alarms that went off all night long. I would never make a reservation at an Extended Stay properly again inasmuch as I've heard about other very unfavorable experience from others as I've talked about mine.

Great service but old hotel
The service was wonderful, but the hotel is old and not so clean. There were stains on the carpet, and the sheets smelled like bleach. I wouldn't stay there again.

Never Again
This was the first time I have stayed alone in a hotel. I will be choosing something more upscale next time. Toilet was not clean, something gross on the wall and the headboard. Bed was uncomfortable. People were loud in the hallway ALL night. Doors slamming. Bed was uncomfortable. The A/C was extremely loud. The whole experience was “cringy.” It won’t upload my photos for some reason.

Should not advertise as a free breakfast because it is only a Grab N Go with stale muffins & only drink option as coffee. No ice machine in the entire building, but there are empty ice trays in the freezer in the room. Free prescription drugs provided - Housekeeping missed a pill (Trazadone) on the floor at the edge of the bed, and change on the floor by the recliner. Glad we didn’t have little ones with us.
