Anna, it's regrettable to hear about your experience with the parking charges. The Delta Center hires a gate guard every time they have an event who charges their rate, typically 30-40. The guard is instructed to ask if you are a Hyatt guest, but they sometimes do not do that. Once you check in at the Hyatt House front desk, you can bring your window sticker to the guard and get a refund. We're looking forward to welcoming you back at Hyatt House Salt Lake City/Downtown and will gladly help you with the parking process if needed.
