Very friendly and helpful staff, construction right next to hotel is inconvenient as far as access to parking lot and the noise in the morning but I get that renovations and expanding happens, it won't last forever. Would stay here again for sure, worth the price.

It wasnt bad but there was construction going on around the time we were there so some of the street wer unpaved or narrow. They did have a stove top to cook on, microwave, and a full sized fridge with an ice make. All of which were a plus. No continental breakfast. But for 8 buck you could have breakfast in bed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of our room. Beds were comfortable and staff were nice. Major construction and lack of parking was an issue. Would stay there again.

This motel has very limited parking. There are several other hotels next to it and we had to park down the street. There was a field behind the hotel that had vehicles parked there also. The room had a bad smell and we could smell it on our clothes after we left. They required a $100 deposit which is normal. The clerk said that it would be released back to my card when I checked out. It was charged to my card and will not be returned for 4-5 business days.

We release the deposit when you check out, however your bank has it's own timeframe and can take several business days to reflect on their end.

We arrived into town a couple of hours before check in. We called to see if they had an early check in policy. The associate replied they had a room available but we would have to pay for an extra night so we decided to wait. We showed up 10-20 minutes after check in only to be told they they didn’t have a room available and we would have to wait on the cleaning staff. We originally booked this stay because of the stove and full refrigerator. We had planned on cooking there. Unfortunately, the rooms have nothing to cook with or eat with. We found out all of that is an extra charge…… $2.50 per fork! Didn’t even ask about cookware at that point. We ran out of toilet paper and towels, 2 rolls and 3 towels, and cleaning hadn’t come by, by day 3 so I went down and asked.. they informed that to get more towels we would have to bring our dirty ones to the front desk and exchange for new ones. They did eventually bring toilet paper. Overall pretty let down with the service and amenities. There is a ton of construction in the area blocking off parking. It was an average clean facility though.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience at our hotel. We would like to provide some clarification on your issues to help clarify any confusion. We do accept early check ins, however early check ins depend on availability of the rooms and we also require an early check in fee of 45+taxes since check in does not start until 3pm. As for your room being available after 3pm we can guarantee by this time we already have clean rooms for guests to check into, if you want to provide me with your confirmation number I can do a further investigation and see what happened here. As for the kitchen utensils this is not something that the hotel states online that we provide, all guests are responsible for bringing their own cooking utensils or they are welcomed to purchase some at our Mini Mart store located by the front desk on the main floor. As for the construction this is completely out of our hands as we do not own the entire block unfortunately so we cannot prevent construction workers from doing their job, however there is a very clear path for all guests to access and enter the hotel.

There are ads all around the property for their breakfast that includes fruit and yogurt. The photo in the ad shows blueberries, raspberries and bananas. There was no yogurt and no berries, just a bowl of oranges. The egg sandwiches were terrible. The room was fine. It was Pi day when I arrived so they were offering free pies in the lobby. That was a nice touch.

Be prepared to plunk down a $100 deposit for “incidentals” and have other guests roaming the halls all night smoking weed and playing music in the halls. The room seemed clean but smelled like cigarettes and the smell of weed drifted in throughout the night.

We apologize for any inconvenience that occurred, however we cannot tell guests they can't walk around the hotel when they paid for their room, all guests are welcome to come in and out of their rooms as they wish. The only thing we do not accept is loud noises after 10pm, if this happens we strongly advise you to contact the front desk so the staff can speak to the guest and all them to keep it down. As for the deposit every hotel requires a deposit for each stay.

Our branch does not have complimentary breakfast, however we do have the breakfast in bed which is 7.49+taxes.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Cleanliness is top notch. Staff is very nice. Beds are so comfortable. Not even a speck of any dirt or leftover crumbs from previous people. Area around hotel is a construction site, but there was no noise at all. Quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered was reheated Jimmy Dean's sausage and egg for $7.49. The only ice was the ice maker in your room so if you want ice ASAP, you'll need to plan ahead. Overall it was fine and average, although it took quite a while to check in.

45 min wait to check in. Someone tried getting into our room in the middle of the night. Walls thin and could hear everything around us. Great proximity to hockey game was the biggest plus.
