Best Location in Salzburg
일단 위치가 최고! 주변을 도보로 구경하기 편리하고 좋음. 축구선수들이 묵어서 딱 하루는 밤에도 엄청 시끄러웠지만 축구선수들이 체크아웃하고 나서는 조용하고 한적함. 조식은 큰 기대를 하지 말것. 3일 숙박했는데 마지막 조식때는 왠지 모르지만 음식수가 확 줄어듦. 그리고 리셉션과 컨시어지 직원들은 매우 친절했지만 레스토랑 요리사는 남자분과 여자분 둘다 불친절함.

Good location, Good facility
We - me and my parents - stayed one night in this hotel. The location was fantastic. The hotel is just next to Mirabell palace, and located in a walking distance to major attractions. The room was clean, the size was enough, and the beds were comfortable. This hotel also provides free entrance to a fitness center and a sauna, although those were not so big, and I couldn't used them because of my schedule.

쉐라톤 호텔이 너무 낙후했어요. 이건 5성급 호텔로 보기 어렵네요. SPC 그룹에서 관리하는 것 같던데, 르메르디앙 호텔도 그렇고...너무 엉망이에요.

Wir waren vom 30.12.23 bis 01.01.24 im Sheraton Grande Salzburg. Nur 2 Übernachtungen ohne Frühstück und ein Silvester Menü im Restaurant Taste.it. - Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und wir sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer (Nr. 117) bekommen haben. - Negativ ist, dass das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen war und nicht mehr alles taufrisch ist - verschimmelte Silikonfugen in der Dusche für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, bei dem das Zimmer ab 300€ pro Nacht aufwärts kostet geht gar nicht ... Ich denke nicht, das es an der Reinigungskraft liegt - entweder ist die Zeit zur Reinigung zu knapp bemessen, die eingesetzten Mittel nicht wirksam oder das Alter der Silikonfugen über der Zeit. Der zweite negative Punkt war eine männlich Servicekraft im Taste.it zum Silvester Menü - er vergaß ständig bestellte Dinge, wußte nicht was ein Martini Bianco ist (obwohl auf der Karte) und zum Schluss warteten wir ca. eine halbe Stunde auf die Rechnung. Seine junge Kollegin war dafür wirklich sehr engagiert. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich das Hotel nochmal buchen würde.

The staff was excellent and good breakfast. My cancelled flight required that I stay in Salzburg four additional nights. I booked the hotel and arrived at 7:30am. They were able to find a room for me and let me check in right away instead of waiting for the 2pm check in. I also really enjoyed the weight room and saunas. Great location too!

All the services including front desk and restaurant are excellent. Check in is fast and I saw some guests can have their rooms even they come to check in in the morning. Foods in the restaurant including breakfast and dinner are very good except the waiting time for dinner. We waited for more than 40 minutes to have our meals but the waiter noticed that and kept follow up with the kitchen. This hotel is just sit next to Meta Bell Garden so you can go to the garden early in the morning to take some beautiful pictures. We went there at 7:30am to take photo and only 1 or 2 persons walking in the garden

Great location. 100 steps away from Mirabell palace and gardens. Same distance to the farmers market that takes place every Thursday morning. 2 bus stops from the Hauptbahnhof.

Good hotel in a fabulous location
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was simply fabulous - our room overlooked the park. We only had to walk across the gardens to get to the Mirabell Palace and to go on day tours. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was great. I loved the bar and lounge. The only thing missing fir me was tea abd coffee making facilities in the room.

I enjoyed the property which was very well put together with the interior decoration...,lovely. I had room 115, Everything was super. l thank Matel for his help along with the front desk personal for help in getting my extra luggage sent to Vienna by train....The young bartender made me great martinis and was very entertaining. In all it was a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand in Salzburg.

The hotel room is tastefully decorated. The rooms are remodeled and refreshing. Breakfast is great and has a lot of variety. The property is right next to the Mirabell Palace and gardens, also very close to the old town where most of the tourist attractions are.

Staff was excellent! We were upgraded to club level. They were accommodating and friendly. Food at the Mirabell Restaurant was superb. This hotel is extremely close the Sound of Music locations and to bus tours. We even had a wonderful view from our hotel to the Mirabell Gardens.
