I love the staff, Mainly Hiandra, Alejandro, Jose, Elianna, the cute little bartender that made sure we got booked properly for our lobster supper and Rosa ( she saved me from a near meltdown when I arrived late the first night and she told me Expedia had cancelled my reservation) she was calm cool, collected and kind the entire time! I knew she really cared. I also have to give major props to Hiandra who has superior customer care skills and also made sure I was always were taken care of and on more than one occasion made a real difference in my stay.
My only complaint is that I thought the resort was all inclusive and it was not as advertised on Expedia, the entertainment was amazing three years ago and it was very much lacking! I love the resort and find it quite homely!
