The staff was very nice. The food at the a la carte restaurants was good but the buffet is small and offers few options. We were not able to enjoy the private pool area at the back of our room because my husband and I are non smokers and the people in the rooms next to ours were constantly smoking out there so it was very unpleasant for us. We asked for a room change but had the same problem in the new room. I wish the resort had designated non smoking rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

As soon as we arrived, Luis from guest services immediately took care of us. From start to finish he was nothing but smiles and has a friendly demeanor- it definitely made the experience better. The entire staff, when greeting, was incredible friendly. Any issues that we had, like being short on towels, WiFi connectivity, pool light not functioning, etc… Luis was always there to help out- Very very nice job! Moreover, the restaurants prepared the meals really well and the plating/presentation of the food was very nicely done. However , we weren’t a big fan of the Buffett and snack bar area - if there is any recommendation for improvement, this is where I would begin. All and all the experience was nice.

The location was amazing, great views, amazing beach, secluded property is well laid out. The room was nicer however A/C wasn’t working properly and everything in room was damp and had white mold growing on surfaces. The food was below average. Nothing was warm and had little flavor

First contact was the front gate. The guard spoke only spanish so it took 10 minutes to get entry. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were nice, the food was great as well as the service.

El servicio no me gusto llame días antes para que me hicieran una sorpresa de cumpleaños en la habitación o algo de bienvenida y ni siquiera lo sabían cuando llegue , hacen mucho ruido en los pasillos no me gusto que reserve una habitación y pusieron 2 camas muy pequeñas en vez de una cama grande la forma de reserva para los restaurantes a la carta es absurda no había disponibilidad aún cuando fui hacer la reserva a las 11 am la playa muy bella y las instalaciones bien mantenidas

Amazing!!!! Excellent entertainment. My Fiancé and I enjoyed it to the max. We stayed in one of the bungalows, beautiful room and plunge pool. Exceptional service at the restaurants. The Spa was everything, relaxing and quiet.

Absolutely awful experience. Cats everywhere. Traveling with someone who is allergic to cats, it was unacceptable for staff to be encouraging the cats to come into the restaurants. Can't have a meal without a cat jumping on your chair. Staff – Inattentive staff with a lack of commitment to quality service. Simply put, they did not care to provide any customer service / experience at all. Rooms – Pretty accurate to the photos shown however the sheets felt so dirty and the towels had an awful stench to them. We were absolutely repulsed sleeping in the beds. Food Drinks – Awful. The buffet was some of the worst food we have ever eaten. Absolutely no taste to it. - The chef making omelettes for breakfast didn’t even have gloves or a hair net in and would wipe his nose with his hands in between serving omelettes, would also take cash tips and continue using that hand to prep food. Absolutely nauseating. - Plates, Glasses and Silverware - Constantly dirty, we had to ask for clean utensils and glasses almost everyday because what we were getting served on was dirty. Pool – Beautifully built however the water looked so dirty we didn’t even dare to get in. Extremely murky. Beach – Beautiful views however the beach area was always dirty. Trash not cleaned up during the day from guests leaving the beach early, glasses from day before when you arrived in the morning ,etc. Would not recommend to anyone!

They robbed me of the additional services I paid for. First I got the wrong room upon arrival I worked with it. I paid for a welcome birthday package they literally had 6 regular balloons at that’s it. Paid for dinner on the beach, heavy rain so they reached for the next day. Next day came they can no longer do it and promised to refund. I reached out to them multiple times for the refund submitted receipts and it’s 7months later NO REFUND. Food and fruits had no flavor, those who knew English failed to speak it good think I understand some things though I didn’t know how to reply. Swim up pool for bungalow you can’t swim it’s very narrow and shallow. I got catfish.
