First and foremost we would like to apologize for any shortfall in service and lack of care that you may have experienced.The situation in regards to water supply it was beyond our control whereby the water authority had to install pipelines on the main which disrupted the supply to the property. In regards to (Wifi )interent the problem has been rectified and solved and it is working perfectly now and we will make sure this does not happen in the near future. In regards to the noise from dogs barking at night,it was just unfortunate that this happened during your stay and we are so sorry.We do value your feedback and we certainly do not condone this and it can only serve to help us improve.
