First off I would like to say that the facilities itself and the staff at my eyes are very professional and opposed to a certain standard. But the policy is that they have implemented in place like for a better word boo boo. Before my arrival at this establishment I did not know about a certain $100 deposit which was incurred at my time of arrival and I would like to say that if one operates the business that have insurance that there's no need to have a credit card file and to have $100 deposit just in case. I don't wish the elaborate on the details but what I would say is this is something that you would consider looking into because it's a reflection on the services that you provide and someone would like a better sense will be led think that it's your fault. I hope no fault against the Expedia you have a wonderful service in the platform. But to the other party that I was involved I will no longer be doing any business with them and anyone that's like them. Have a good day

The outlets in half of the room did not work. The fridge leaked water all over the items in the bottom two shelves, and the noise in the others rooms kept my kids awake until 1am.

Dennis, the “general manager” was present when I made my $100 deposit, informed me of conditions requiring a written receipt to have deposit returned. During the morning of checkout, 2 days later, I am unable to find the written receipt to me deposit, yet it was Dennis himself who was present and working and made the decision to NOT return my deposit even after he admitted he remembered me making the $100 deposit! Their policy being that little written receipt trumping a valid government ID, his own memory and poor work ethics to keep MY $100, is theft. I called customer service, they even admitted personally it is theft. This location, and I utilize many different locations for work and leisure, I’ve never experienced this before. This place is trash, only because of Dennis, the menace, there at that particular location. General manager my butt, his role to make a conscious, honest, and ethical decision to not return my deposit, even after admitting the deposit in fact belongs to me, decided to not because of a piece of paper!

The swimming pool/hot tub was disgusting. The water was green & had a film on the top. It smelled like a wet dog in the pool room.

The property up keep is horrible. The hot tub is a cold tub, the breakfast room and breakfast spread was very little. Overall we just would not stay here again for the price!

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, got tub was cold and I was unable to connect to wifi. Everything else was good. The pool was nice and warm.

Great staff and room. Also has a inside pool which was a plus. Great price on the room rate as well. About a 10 minute drive to the AFB. Lots of options to eat and shopping. If you are going to visit the base than this hotel would be a great option.

When we arrived we were booked in a room on the first floor. I ask to be moved to the third floor and they did it with out any hassel. I think I was given an upgrade, because the room we got was larger and nicer than expected. The area had lots of places to eat and shop. Close to Sea World. The only problem was the hot tub wasn't hot. The pool was nice and warm though. The staff was very friendly and we didn't hear any noise at all.

The property was fine. The room 232 was terrible. I had 5 people to stay. the shower floor was practically flush with the bathroom floor, water ran everywhere. The shower curtain didn't even come down to the floor. We had to ask for more towels to sop up the water. The staff were courteous and accommodated us as best they could but we had to take completely wet towels down to be replaced. The one lady attendant knew exactly which room we were in before we even told her. Why would they rent that room if the shower is a problem?

Wonderful experience. The beds and pillows were very good and we all slept well. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The one thing that could possibly improve from our stay was the temperature of the hot tub at the pool area. Wish it were hotter but no complaints! Near SeaWorld and lots of restaurants very close by! Highly Recommended.
