The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the Riverwalk and other attractions. The place looks a little old, but it was clean and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was included, so of course I made myself a Texas shaped waffle to go with my eggs and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

During my four-night conference trip, I found this hotel to be a great option for those seeking a pleasant stay at a reasonable cost. The accommodations were clean and quiet, and the staff hospitality was excellent. My only suggestion would be to enhance the breakfast offerings.

Location was great, safe area and walking distance to HEB, the indoor pool was a plus, minus the fact that they did not have towels and when I asked the staff they said they would restock, however after an hour we never got them, I think it’s because they were washing them. Overall everything was good.

The room was clean. The reason for the three stars is the smell. Kind of smelled like something was wet and drying or, old water. We couldn't find or figure out what it was.

The only complaint I have for this hotel is the parking. You have to park in a very sketchy building next door and it doesn’t look safe.

The hotel is located on a busy intersection in the downtown area of San Antonio. The hotel grounds were in good shape, however, you did not have to walk far to see allot of trash and some homeless camps.

Check in took 30 minutes. Went to the room and kid tried to connect to WiFi. Would not connect. Called the front desk and found out the lady never checked us in. Just gave us the room key.
