Breakfast was average at best. No butter either day. Plates and bowls were not available. They were being washed. Room was good and the front desk personnel were extremely helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel
I was very impressed on how nice and neat the lobby was and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Disappointing stay
Water was cut off twice during a two day stay. Never had that happen ever. No complimentary water No extra toilet paper in the room. Called twice to get some sent up Finally had to go get from house keeping The breakfast buffet was just fair compared to other similar hotels Front desk staff was very polite and tried to be helpful but we will not be staying there again

The A/C didn’t work properly. The shower was filthy and dirty. The bed was the worse experience. Was not able to sleep. Not enough lighting at the front area. The brand of hotel is known for one of the best places to be but was not true. Expensive for the experience. Would like a refund

Good stay overall. Staff was great. Room cleaned everyday. Nice breakfast downstairs every morning. Only complaint would be a decent amount of mold in bathroom. We were at an all day swim meet so didn’t spend much time in room except to sleep, so we never got around to asking for a room change. So avoid room 514.

The room set up was great. It was spacious and welcoming. The pool area was clean and the pool was a good size. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, I'd skip out on the French toast, but the waffles were great! Starbucks coffee in the lobby is very convenient.

Family Time
Staff was very courteous and friendly went above and beyond to make are stay more pleasant. Breakfast was amazing and area was clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. However, very limited toiletries and the mattress on the pull out couch was had a very big stain. Pool was great too.
