Very convenient property, room was clean; plenty of hot water for showers; registration and housekeeping are very accomodating bed was hard and I asked for a comforter to soften the mattress--food was good in restaurant. TV remote was a little strange getting used to and there were wires hanging out of the wall that would be an issue for people with small children (I told them about it upon departure)

Before someone books the room, make sure the iron works and your tv remote.Mine didnt ,was too tired to complain.

We always like to stay where there is activity around the hotel, such as the downtown area to see the people and traffic below. This hotel and its Suite options on top with balconies overlooking the 410/I10 area was nice. Easy to find and park and get to shopping all up I10 to 1604. Come back, sit down on the balcony and see the hustle and the bustle below. Plus, this hotel has an amazing bar and restaurant area.

I did not end up staying here and tried to cancel my reservation. Though I purchased insurance for “free cancellations,” I was still charged the full amount for the room—which I paid in advance. The reason for my cancellation was because the staff would not take my Apple Card (which was solvent) for a deposit of $25 at the front desk of the hotel—this is after I paid in full for the room on the same Apple card. I was turned away at the desk, told I would be refunded, and am now being told that my payment is non-refundable.

After looking at your reservation, you booked directly with Expedia and paid directly to Expedia. If you purchased insurance, that again is through Expedia and has nothing to do with the hotel. If you purchased insurance you will need to contact Expedia directly and open a case.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and the price was very good. A great alternative to paying $400 for similar hotels near the conference center. I would stay here again. The only negative was that the parking lot was tight for large vehicles, but they had enough parking spaces and there was a security guard present.

Lovely hotel
When I checked in, I was having a tough day and was crying. The front desk clerk noticed this while I was on the phone and came to bring me a tissue. It was such a genuine act of kindness and helped me get back on my feet. Room was lovely and shower had great pressure. My only gripe was the room was quite warm even at 65 degrees. Otherwise, the bar area was breathtaking. Reminded me of a Vegas hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The Restaurant staff were super friendly. The room could use some upgrades. There wasn't a extra blanket. The carpet was dingy. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and of course friendly. But overall we will return.
