This place is terrible!!! One of our rooms we checked in and the housekeeping was still cleaning, she told us the room was no able to be used as it needed a deep cleaning. She got us a different room. After a few hours our other room was discovered to have roaches (I took video of at least 5 crawling around). When I asked for a new room the front desk said there were no other rooms. We had to threaten calling the health department before they even looked to switch rooms. Almost all rooms being rented are locals for long term usage and the area in general is very run down and doesn't feel safe

Only good thing was there was hot water with pressure, yet it eas brownish. Vagrants waking me up at 4am going through the trash can. Then at 5am the Alfred Hitchcock black birds were carrying on by the 100's. Cigarettes buns on the blanket and sheets. Door had a gap over an inch to et any bug crawl in. I killed a few cockroaches.

This property was a catfish. Looked nothing like the pictures. Had roaches. Disgusting . The entire property should be demolished.

For the price i expected it to be nicer. Crockroches r absolutely horrible. My deposit wasnt refunded. I believe that the front desk is keeping it. Drugs r horrible here, dealer right next door the traffic there kept us up. Owner doesnt care he said as long as they pay.

Cheap, clean but noisey
The stay was convenient and check in was fast and easy. The rooms were ok for the price but there was a lot of noise from side rooms and upstairs room.. We chose to just leave it to prevent issues with other customers.

This is the first time staying I felt not comfortable with the front desk male clerk or assistant manager whatever he was. He was not professional and inconsiderate. I will not consider checking in with him working there. I sent text message to the real owner and manager of this hotel I been staying there since 2020.

Very disappointed in male clerk. TV didn’t work because no remote. I checked in at 11:00 night and walked back to lobby to let him know I didn’t have working TV. He said he would bring me remote never did. Next day problem with second male who came and said you checking out I said no I am waiting for new room for king bed. He said you have wait until 3:00. I said can I wait here because cold until housekeeping come clean he said no leave. No consideration.

Roaches!!! Paint damage every where. Shower looked horrible. Had a non smoking room but there were burn marks on everything even the tub. Got pressed by a pimp. I grew up in the hood so I survived a night. Wouldn't recommend. A bad look for Travelodge

Wyhdum should be ashamed of using their name in association with this hotel. The room was very rundown, chipping pain, using staples to keep baseboard in place. The TV was very snowy and hard to receive channels.. the area has a lot of homeless living around the area. Very noisy all night long with loud banging of doors etc. will never stay there again.

On Sunday Dec. 10th, I started to clean room 210 using my own supplies. I started cleaning because the sink was broken and leaking. Staff was informed and I was given a blue bucket to catch water. The pvc piping was clogged with hair and other debris causing a fowl smell. . Has someone stayed In 210 after Dec. 10th? How did it smell? Another unfortunately event happen that weekend and was told to leave.

Once the Hotel is finish with its remodeling and fix up the area it will be nice. The lobby is coming to shape since I first visited in 2020

Last minute plans.
This is the first time that I’ve experienced a check in and check out through an outside window. Since I arrived at night I was a bit nervous since I didn’t feel that I was safe while my back was turned during the check in process. So once I got inside the room, it was noticed that a drawer was kind of broken and then when taking a shower the shower head wasn’t working properly. So the water was leaking more from the outside of the shower head than to the head itself.

There was no hot water or ice machine had to be there because my grandson was graduating from Lackland Air Force from Boot camp. No breakfast like they had on the site and a fence around the property with barb wire on the top

Not family or pet friendly
They were made aware that the reservation was for my son and his family. They would be there until the 24th or so.They returned late at night with the kids. Unable to use the key card. I was on video chat with them so they can get one. Still gave a difficult time. Stated my daughter in law could be a stalker. Was over charged on my card. For 5 people, only 2 towels were given. I told them not to use the card on file, i was on the way. They tried charging it 4 times. Hours after leaving i was sent an apology letter. Yet having to pack up a family of 5 and look elsewhere. The new motel is pet friendly and doesn’t charge the extra $50 fee, nor the $10 daily fee on which 10 was kept.
