Nice location , near cruise port , connected yyo a shopping mall and near open market. Ocean views through out . . Good breakfast selection . Nicely decorated dining area , lobby could use more sitting areas for guests. Elevators only stops to a floor pressed first , it doesn’t stop in between floors to pick up causing longer wait .

From our room to the hallways going to tithe elevator and in the dining areas you see ocean views which is great . Good breakfast selection . Dining area is well- designed and modern. Hotel is connected to a mall and open market is next to it , near the cruise port . We had the executive room and it’s on a corner room that has the city cues on one side and Oceanview on the other The room was huge but there’s so much excess space that the hotel could probably put 2 loungers instead of just one and a small table for eating if you want a room service . The smaller room we had the night before had a safe, this room didn’t . I asked for a safe , even a portable one but they never brought one in .Only a portable AC in the room , not built - in . The window covers were difficult to open .

Nice location for outdoor booths of shops and eateries and a small mall next door. We got the executive suite which was nice but was lacking more ceiling lights and table and chairs. No coffee/tea maker but had 2 complimentary bottle water.

The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Views are beautiful, food is delicious, service is wonderful. Area is just ok but for a day before or after cruise it’s perfect.

The exterior of the building looks rather shabby. The interior and room are in excellent shape! Staff is pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from San Antonio port (DP World). The room we were given was very clean with a great view to the harbor. The included breakfast is not very good with limited items. The surrounding area has a lot small shops and restaurants, but it is pretty dirty. The harbor has a lot birds and sea lions for animal lovers. Overall a not bad place to stay when visiting the port or catching a cruise ship.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Kreuzfahrt
Das gebuchte Zimmer war groß mit einem Blick auf die Bucht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht in der Lage, einfache Fragen - zum Beispiel nach einer Tourist Information - zu beantworten und auch sehenswerte Orte waren unbekannt. Die Klimaanlage war nicht in der Lage, nachts auf eine erträgliche Temperatur (etwa 19 Grad) zu kühlen, eingestellt waren 24 Grad. Das große ungeteilte Bett war unbeqem, weil jede noch so kleine und natürliche Bewegung während des Schlafes Auswirkungen auf das gesamte Bett hatte. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich für ein Hotel mit dieser Einstufung, aber das beste ist die zentrale Lage am Wasser. Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet für den Aufenthalt vor Beginn oder nach dem Ende einer Kreuzfahrt, die nicht in Santiago de Chile sondern in San Antonio beginnt bzw endet. Und der Transfer mit dem Bus zwischen beiden Städten ist nicht nur angenehm, sondern auch preiswert. Trotz der genannten Mängel würde ich erneut das Hotel buchen.

Hotel is in een slechte staat, zowel aan de binnen- en buitenkant (alhoewel met de zeewind dit moeilijk bij te houden is). Warm duurt lang in de wastafel en in de douche is de temperatuur niet bij te stellen. Kamers zijn niet goed te koelen omdat de airco niet of nauwelijks werkt en met de grote ramen is de zon altijd warm. De (dubbele) rolgordijnen blinderen niet. Receptie spreekt nauwelijks Engels wat op zich kan, maar zet dit dan niet in de omschrijving van het hotel. We vroegen om waterflessen maar kregen die nooit omdat ze het gewoon niet begrijpen. Restaurant heeft beperkte opties maar is voor 1 of 2 nachten prima (wel heel grote porties).

This was our final stay on land before embarking on a cruise out of San Antonio. And while it's a perfect location and generally good hotel, it was actually our only option. I arranged a room with a view - it was on the 11th floor and did not disappoint. Watching the array of boats and ships working and moving throughout the bay was like watching a tilt shift video. I could have spent an entire day doing only that. Unfortunately, however, the AC did not work in our room so roaming the streets of San Antonio was a good alternative. There was a breakfast included with our stay, but that was nothing to write home about. Hotel staff in general were not especially helpful or friendly compared to two other hotel stays in Chile. They did have sign-ups for a $10 (USD) taxi ride in the morning over to the cruise terminal, but otherwise didn't go out of their way to interact with guests. Regarding other options in the area, there were several non hotels but they didn't offer the level of comfort of a hotel (excepting the non-functional AC). Had I been traveling alone, I most likely would not have stayed at this hotel.

Mala experiencia , solo 2 ascensores, ambos malos , al llegar debes tu llevar equipaje por ascensor de carga a tu piso, el cual en la noche se descompuso y quedaron atrapadas personas, solo escaleras para subir al piso 7 donde estábamos. Desayuno muy simple , solo un tipo de mermelada , cafe filtro y jugos sucedaneos , muy sencillo para un supuesto hotel 4 estrellas. Aire acondicionado central no funciona, tienen uno portátil en la habitación el cual mete mucho ruido especialmente de noche. Cortinas tipo roller no todas funcionan. Vidrios simples no dobles ni insonorizados, escuchas la calle , el puerto y las habitaciones vecinas lo que hacen. Estacionamiento esta en el mall , sin conexión directa con hotel y debes atravesar casino para llegar a el al subterráneo, pero al momento del check out esta cerrado su acceso (abre a las 12) por lo que para llegar al auto debes ir con tus maletas , afuera y rodear el edificio del mall caminando para entrar por acceso del mall hacia estacionamientos Rescatable, muy linda vista del puerto.
