We are sorry for the less than satisfactory experience due to the maintenance issues. I personally placed the required amount of towels in the room which are brand standard . We also apologize for the irresponsible guest next to you who left their "service dog" unattended. ps Please feel free to call me to explain the condition you left my sheets and mattress protector and did not mention.One of the other challenges we as management face is the random guest adding to the problematic issues . We will work to improve our end and hopefully our clientele theirs. Thank you .

Joshua , that smaller unarmed woman who looked like a guy was kicking in the front door and shouting threatening language .She attacked the gentleman who tried asking her to stop and leave . He defended himself by scaring her with his kids toy hammer . It is easy to assume things when only one side is witnessed and the whole story is not known . Either way , you did not have to see what issues the occassional transient/homeless/mentally unstable pose for some of the small business owners in the area, and for that we apologise.

We apologise for your less than satisfactory experience. We did respond to your complaint and fixed the sink. There were no "pimps" next your room , just a young couple . We also did issue a refund to you for checking out early .

you arrived 10 minutes early to the 3pm checkin time . I was on a break but still attended to you and checked you in . the heater in the room works with a thermostat (most guests are not familiar with this feature ) but if reported to front desk , assistance would have been provided. our website states that hair dryers are in some rooms only. Either way , we are sorry that you did not particurlarly enjoy your stay but be assured that we are working on improving our service perpetually.
