Clean and comfortable ! No icky smells or sticky dirty floors .. . no ppl hanging out drinking/ smoking .. the desk and office chair plus frig and microwave were a pleasant surprise. Coffee served in office til 10 am

The staff were perfectly nice, but we were assigned to someone else’s room, so when I went in there were a bunch of men. They said that it had happened multiple times to them. All the drains are clogged, so the sinks and showers get filled with scum when you run the water

What I liked: very nice property/grounds; personable front desk person; convenient location; good price; clean . What I didn’t like: noisy people in adjoining room woke me up during the night & I couldn’t sleep after that; inconvenient parking; uncomfortable bed; few lights—room quite dark; only one very thin blanket—I had to use my jacket and my fleece blanket to stay warm.

The part that sucks is that you can't smoke not only in the room but not on the premise of the property. Not cool and the facts that I wasn't asked to be accommodated due to my disability sucked too.

The overall experience was good esp the good condition and spaciousness of the property and its proximity to shopping centers etc. But communication with the property was bad with some unnecessary notifications received from the property. Also, slow checkin.
