We waited 90 minutes on Friday 12/22/23 to get our room. Which turned out to be the wrong room. Note, the website said check in was 3:00 PM, we arrived a few minutes after 3:00 PM. The wrong room wasn’t ready until 4:33 PM. We went to the room. It was not the deluxe suite that we had reserved. We called the desk and were then told our suite would not be ready until 6:30 PM. Then we asked for a manager. The manager, Trey, then said that the suite is ready, but the carpet might be damp. He brought the key to the room we had been given. He said he inspected the room and the carpet was dry. We moved. In the mean time, we were told that they were crediting our account 1/2 the room rate for Friday, we were given a “no charge” parking permit and we were informed that the room would be serviced every day. The next morning we found that there was only one coffee cup and no decaf coffee for the coffee machine in the room. When we went out on Saturday we asked the front desk to ask the maid to leave two coffee cups and some decaf coffee.
Saturday, the room was not serviced, no decaf, no coffee cups no towels. We had to get towels. Sunday, room was serviced. However, they did not leave any bath towels. Since the towels go on a rack above the back of the bathtub we didn’t notice until my wife showered. We called and the front desk brought some towels to the door. Monday the room was serviced. Tuesday we checked out, got a receipt, had to get parking charges removed
