muy mal servicio no nos respetaron la reservación aún después de haberla hecho y pagado después de la hora del check in, es ilógico que llegue a hacer el check in a las 3 de la tarde si mi reservación la estoy haciendo a las 9 de la noche

The only bad thing was the cleanliness. The sheets of the bed haven’t been changed. We found different kind of hairs inside.

Pros: The room & bathroom was clean, staff was superb. Microwave supplied in room. Deposits was 50 dollars; cash/card accepted. Night security guard was visible patrolling. Mattress and pillow was fine. I slept good. Free parking. Ac worked good. Cons: The floor was clean but looks like it needed to be steam cleaned for the scuffs. The bed frame made loud squeaky noises and seemed unstable. We felt bad for the downstairs room, I’m sure they heard the noises every time we moved cause the walls are fairly thin. There was people chilling outside which was kind of sketch but they were no trouble. Towels and bed sheets were questionable. It was loud in the morning but it was fine. We would stay again, it was pretty convenient. Pretty satisfied with my stay!

El Hotel esta bien para una sola noche, esta un poco reducida la habitación pero cuenta con lo necesario, está muy cerca del Las Américas Outlet, cuenta con amplio espacio para estacionar. No me gusto la limpieza ya que las sabanas estaban un poco sucias, el baño en el área de la regadera le faltaba más limpieza.

Pros: Hotel fee per night is right. Staff is courteous. Cons: Hotel environment was very dirty the weekend we checked in, not sure whether this is the norm. Floor was very dirty- not sure the last time it was mopped, I mopped the floor myself including the bathroom floor. Some of the towels given to us are supposed to have been discontinued (white towels turn light brown). The worst was sewer stench that bordered us the second night... it was definitely a wrong booking/stay...

The rooms are very clean. It is close to a gasoline station. They have a microwave Many french add a coffee maker. There's a Denny's nearby. The staff is very friendly. They ask for a $50 deposit which they do return. The only bad thing is the mattresses are very firm, the walls are very thin. You can hear everything that's going on next door and upstairs.

Convenient location near by the border only 5 miles and close to a freeway 805 south,nobody looks suspicious or under the influence family environment, and the outlets are rnear by easy to get there, thanks averything

Been from the area as a previous resident in this area, went for the price of the hotel, knew the possibilities of the condition of this place, sincerily is a great place to crash and rest, but the condition of the maintance need to be need it, a more troughly clean aspect of the bathroom is need it , dusty corners inside the bathroom and shower doors are need it we sincerilly skipped the shower, the microwave inside need to put more attention, also resupply of cooffe and cups when cleaning. It served our main purpose of the stay in the area, did our round, next time we will use it again and be more prepared for those issues will not mind to clean ourselfes the bathroom and use it properly, regards.

The bed frames are super cheap. Very noisy. I mean you barely move and it's squeezing. The walls are very very thin. I couldn't sleep well because the guy in next room over was snoring and the other side people were conversating all night. Noise from second floor was non stop all night. When anyone turns water on around your room it's very loud too! They are charging way too much for this place. It was clean though
