Dakota and her colleagues at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed. They provided a lot of extras margaritas at check in, free breakfast one day, an Easter basket to pick a treat out of on Easter Day, Mai tais another day.

Traveling with tweens. It was so nice that they had their own sleeping area. The value for everything offered was excellent. The pool table and table tennis was a bonus and a pleasant surprise. Staff was very cheerful, nice and helpful!!! You guys rock

We had a great experience. The hotel is right across the beach. All the staff that works here are very friendly. We had to check in past midnight and they were able to accommodate us. They have a parking garage, so finding a parking is a breeze plus it’s gated. They have a macaw and a fish tank in the lobby, which my daughter loved! I like the fact that the rooms have a little kitchenette with a huge fridge. They have pots, pans, dining stuff, and if your wondering where the stove is look on top of the fridge it might be there, we didn’t cook anything but it’s nice to know it’s an option. We had a little hiccup while we were staying, the fridge wasn’t working right and so does the Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we were just there for 2 nights plus the freezer worked so I just used it for stuff I need frozen. They have coffee in the lobby which I took advantage of, especially early in the morning. They don’t have a restaurant in house but the hotel is surrounded by good restaurants . They have a lot of complimentary stuff that we didn’t get to enjoy since it was raining while we were staying but definitely next time when we go back. I would definitely come back here!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Coronado Beach Resort. travelled with my wife and 3 kids aged 20,18 and 10. Close to lots of great eating experiences, beach and staff was most helpful and cheerful. thanks to Montana for a friendly check in. We would stay here again.

Well appointed condo-bedroom, living room, kitchen. Every amenity imaginable, brand new, SUPER comfortable mattress. Access to Loews property pools. Pearl at the front desk was very gracious and accommodating. Love the parrot in the lobby!

Property management failed to notify us prior to checking in that there was 24/7 construction going on around their facility. We were woken both nights to jackhammering and heavy equipment. Management also failed to post in their listing that the beach adjacent to their property is contaminated and deemed unsafe for swimming by the city. Had we known these things we would not have booked our stay there.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even the parrot greeted us with a friendly "hello". Super walkable location close to beach, shops and restaurants. It was nice having access to the common area with the pool and ping pong tables. Parking was free and easy, and bikes were available for use. Room had everything we needed, and I found the bed to be super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this hotel and it’s location and it’s amenities. However, after arrival, we were informed that the room we booked was no longer available and we would have to stay in their smallest economy room. Then we found that the TV did not work and no resolution was offered by management. A small $discount$ was offered, but not in line with the issues

The Hotel was clean and all of the employees were very nice and helpful. This hotel is in a great location. Parking was also fee and very secure. I would highly recommend staying at this location!

We usually stay at a hotel near by, but we could get a suite for cheaper and evweything was nearby! Hobby staff Pearl and Montana were so friendly and anything we needed we could contact them. We will definitely come back!

My likes: I liked the option of the availability of the bikes on-site. Super convenient. I liked our room too. I liked the pull out bed in the couch, we watched tv in the living area on that bed. I liked the blackout curtain across the bedroom, and the no windows in the bedroom kept the room dark for good sleeping.The room was clean, well maintained and quite perfect for us. We also liked the fish tank and the McCaw (Miss Cody), in the lobby! My dislikes: I was frustrated when we arrived, that we were not informed prior to arrival, on how/ where to park our car. Then, when I communicated that to the front desk girl, I got an ambiguous answer. When I attempted to get a straight answer, I was unsuccessful. The other thing that was a bit of a let down was we were not informed of donuts on Monday morning. We were at the front desk at 9:15 am Monday morning, and saw a group of people in the lobby, several with multiple donuts on a napkin in front of them. When I asked the guy at the front desk if donuts were provided, he responded “yes, on Monday mornings at 9am, but it’s 9:15 and they are all gone already.” It Would have been nice to have been informed. Overall, great room, great location, great property, but a lack of communication in some areas.

This was our second time staying here. Though we had an issue with the room, smelled of cigarette smoke, the issue was quickly resolved and we were switched to another room. Staff was very helpful and apologetic about our first room as it is a smoke free hotel. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Shopping and Dining options are within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location! Had bikes that we were able to take out. Easy walk to food, beach, and shopping. Over all the location was fabulous and clean. Free Parking on site was perfect. Would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the area.
