Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear about your experience I have taking note of these issues and will personally address them. We are still in the process of our renovation with all new case goods being placed into our rooms. Unfortunately, we cannot control an incident that a guest provokes which was the case you are referring to. But we can address as we did and not the guest being assaulted as stated. The guest was removed from the property immediately.

Thank you for your comments, Kylor, I apologize for the issues. Please know that if there are any challenges with the room, we will be happy to move you to another room that will not have any issues. Since your comments, we looked into the Spa and found out the blower was out and replaced immediately. The pool is cleaned every morning. But sometimes we do get debris (leaves etc.) that fall into it. I will inform our crew to keep on eye on this. Thank you again.

Thank you for your review, Stephanie. I am sorry about the current conditions. We are in the process of renovating our hotel and this is why sometimes we have carpets that need to be cleaned and will work on this. Our 100 Security Deposit is standard but refundable after checkout.
