The room was super cute...loved the touches of rustic decor. The bathroom was in sparkling condition (looked newly redone). I didn't realize when I made the booking that there was no TV in the room, which was fine, because we were only there overnight. Opps for improving: I didn't know how to find the place. No visible sign except across the street at the Golf Course/Grill. We tried going in and no one was in sight, so we drove further down the road, circled back, went back to the Grill and were told to go to the Market next door for check in. Did I miss the info on my booking? It would be good for it to be more prominent. Currently the only place for dinner close by is the Grill, which was fine, but it is scary to have to dash across highway 79 to get from the resort to the grill. Driving across is also scary because of the speed that cars travel on that stretch. Also, by our parking space at the room, there was a wadded up blanket and a few other things that made it look like a homeless person was living there. Last thing: the porch with the chairs was charming and we enjoyed sitting there to unwind after a long day, and soak up some of the natural beauty, but then the neighbors came out and since there is no privacy, we were forced to socialize with a very chatty couple. They were nice, but sometimes you prefer quiet solitude, especially in that setting. Would be nice to have a screen or some sort of divider. We fled back into the room after a discreet period of time.
