Hello, Megan.Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We did have a boiler incident that was fixed within 2 days, leaving our guests without hot water for about 36 hours. We apologize for this incident that affected the entire hotel. It was worked on as quickly as possible, but it did take time to get someone to our property to fix the issue.Since your reservation was done through a 3rd party, it will take a bit of time for us to process any type of compensation.
