샌프란시스코 번화가 중심인데다가, 케이블카 및 빅버스 노선 바로 옆이라 관광다니기 좋습니다. Tenderloin 지역 옆이라 호텔~ 시청 주위는 늦은 밤이나 이른 아침엔 조금 주의가 필요합니다

The front desk associate Rodaba was really amazing. We visited the hotel for our anniversary and we were very well taken care of. She gave us great recommendations for dining and spots to visit. The hotel was even in walking distance from the cable car turnaround. Would definitely stay there for our next visit to SF.

Funky, central hotel with lots of nice features. Coffee and tea should ideally be courtesy in the mornings (like many other SF hotels). Fun games area, with basketball a highlight, though pool table needed fixing.

Un detalle importante de limpieza es que nuestro Refrigerador tenía comida de otros huéspedes y les dijimos que si podían retirarla y nunca sucedió. No pudimos guardar nuestra comida todos los días porque estaba la otra comida podrida. La luz del baño tenía un sensor de apagarse sola, por lo que cuando me bañaba se apaga la luz y tenía que salir a prenderla y no es cómodo. Por lo demás, está muy bien ubicado, el restaurante es bueno y el personal es amable

The reception was excellent, very welcoming and caring. I was provided with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast coupons. I would suggest upgrading the breakfast experience with some touches, like plates, cups/mugs, utensils, as well as customer service. Also, some lobby lights were noticeably blinking during my entire stay. Electricians should be able to correct that issue. Overall, nice, calm, and attentive hotel.

Great boutique hotel. I think this will be new hotel to stay when coming to SF. Very nice and friendly check in staff. Great location close to Union Square, shopping and restarants.. and walking distance to chinatown and public transportation.

Heat was broken and had to swap to a different room. Also, only valet parking on site. True cost of parking is misrepresented on Expedia. It’s bit more. Staff was nice but a bummer I had to switch rooms at 2:30am

Extremely MEH. Underwhelming
This is an old building, I understand that...but for the rates (and I booked a suite) I would expect better accommodations. Everything just smells musky and all the furniture is dinged/scratched. The staff is lovely but I originally booked an 1800 sf presidential suite (Zeppelin suite) online. Imagine my surprise when the expansive suite had no bathtub and a shower smaller than my showers in my 2 bedroom apartment back home. No fancy anything. This hotel is kitchy but not luxurious at all.

Conveniently central
Central location with price worthy rates. Enjoyed the proximity to the city center, even though San Francisco for the moment is a rather ghostly town. Easy to walk to everything from Painted Ladies and ferry building, or public transportation just around the corner. Found a dozen of restaurants nearby, all from Michelin star to traditional 24h diners. Recommendable.

Rooms were not as advertised. There was a smell that staff was aware of. I could not stay in the hotel but staff was very accommodating in handling our dissatisfaction and very apologetic. There was an issue with the hotel putting a $2500 hold on my card which was quite an inconvenience the following day when trying to purchase food or excursions but the issue was eventually fixed.
