Not recommended
First of all, they do not have a shuttle bus but they sent the yellow cab for me. It was free but it confused me a lot at the airport. I wasted about half an hour. I could not lock the window in my room since the lock was broken. Also, I waited about half an hour for their yellow cab next morning even though I asked them in advance to come at 8:30.

I especially like the front desk lady who check me in ( didn’t get her name) but the tv wasn’t working and she came upstairs to help me with it and got it working, they just got the large flat screens so it needed minor adjustments so instead of changing my room she fixed it. I will be back. Plus it was less than I expected.

Mine was a small room but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. There was no parking on the property (all spaces were full) and I didn't know how safe it would be to park on the street behind the hotel. I was able to move my car into one of their spots later after 10:30pm but the spaces are tight. The lobby closed about 10:30 at night until 6:00 or 6:30am so I could not get available water. The woman who checked me in was very nice.

We do have a vending machine for water and drinks which can be accessible 24 hours aw well. You might have confused us with other hotel you have stayed in before, Our hotel has ample of parking, with one space per room. We hope to see you again soon!

It was Terrible; my credit card was Identity Theft when I used the hotel wifi and paid for the Suir Woods Park lot through its official website on Feb 14, 2024. I suspended the wifi security, which caused nearly USD 1,000 to be lost in the coming days. I have called 911 and my card issuing bank to investigate.

Out of all the hotels that I stayed at in that particular area, that was the best one i stayed at. As soon as I walked in you can see the cleanliness. I stayed one night. Overall, clean and good service, with a few issues that I can overlook for the price. The beds are a little hard. They need blackout curtains, but luckily it's still getting light pretty late. I heard a little noise through my door, which seems to conduct sound well. There weren't many guests or that could have been more of an issue.

Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Green light from the smoke detector was bright enough that i could read in the dark. Cleaning staff left pieces of toilet paper in the peep holes to block light from the hallway. The tv stand had drawers that wouldn't stay closed. The air conditioner says its controlled by the wall but is actually controlled on the AC unit itself. AC unit worked intermittently (on for 2 minutes off for 30 seconds on for 2 minutes) and was very loud and obnoxious. Would never stay again.

Shower at hotel make me cry, i smell marijua.
Hotel staff were nice, everything is good but Shower at hotel make me cry, my tears will came out more than shower head. No pressure in shower head, so i have to take time, alot of time to take shower. You have to make sure shower is good if you are there for businesses. All rooms are non smoking, also smoking free building but i smell marijua in my room, in the hallway and outside. At first, i though it was skunt smell, but that smells woke me up middle of the night. I get it it is S.F. and no smoking cigarettes. But that smell make me sick and mad. It was worse than cigarettes smoke smell. If you are ok with that smell or you like that smell, then you will be fine.

Very friendly and service minded front desk. Good breakfast. A little too much noise from the nearby airport (day and night)

Average stay, breakfast was not impressive but still was able to get a little something in our stomachs. Staff at check in that evening was very attentive but morning staff not so much.beds were comfortable water pressure in shower was good too. Close to airport.
