Close to buses and center
Door lock didn't function if trying to lock from inside . Breakfast too late . Street traffic too loud.

Yikes, you get what you pay for. It was a fairly clean room and they served a small hot breakfast but it was very dilapidated.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette hôtel, très bon accueil,on apprécie le petit déjeuner, il est bien situé,proche de l aéroport et des stations de bus. La chambre est propre.

Lost my reservation
I have stayed here before. It is nothing great. They lock you in at night like a prison. There are much nicer places.

It is very basic hotel. Convenient to the airport. No parking on site. you have paid parking about a block away. wifi signal is quite bad.

Close to airport and breakfast was nice. Area felt dangerous at night however.

Standard hotel, close to the airport.
It was close to the airport, that's why I chose the place. It was as expected, nothing fancy. The Internet was rubbish, but that isn't uncommon with the hotels. The staff were great, they quickly got my room together after I arrived a little early. My room was even better than what I had booked.

Hotel buono, camere grandi, pulite, staff gentile, cucina alla disposizione dei clienti, comodissimo per l'aeroporto, ma le camere che danno sulla piazza sono molto rumorose. Prezzo giusto.

Gemütliches Hostel mitten in der Stadt
Es war sehr schön im Hostel und es herrschte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Achtung allerdings bei der Anreise! Es gibt 2 Hostels in Alajuela die Cala Inn B&B Airport heißen.

Great service!
I had an issue booking this hotel with Hotels.com. When I got there it had been double booked and there was no room for me. I was sick and exhausted and just needed a place to nap. They were kind enough to set up a cot for me so I could sleep for a few hours. It was a really kind thing to do.

Good for last night stay to catch morning flight
A very average stay overall. Definitely not the nicest part of town, but not the worst I suppose. We paid $11/night and this translated directly to our experience. It was very difficult to locate, and only had one very small sign not easily stumbled upon. The receptionist was rude and short claiming that we had to pay cash even though we had already submitted our credit card on hotels.com. The room was adequate enough. Standard hostel bunkbeds with access to outlets and room to store suitcases. Access to typical kitchen appliances. Good for a one night stay with $7 shuttle in a small run down vehicle to the airport.

Very welcoming and helpful.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The guy working on reception sorted us a taxi for the airport at half 4 in the morning and offered to wait with us which was very kind of him as previously during our trip we had been mugged so he was very reassuring.

Late night visit
The staff was very nice, as we arrived at 3 am due to a delayed flight. They worked with us and it was not a bad room for the money that close to the airport. I would recomend walking to it if you do not have lots of luggage as the taxis at the airport are very pushy and cheats.
