Overall our stay was about what we expected it to be from the reviews we had read. Since we were arriving late, the property sent us an email with the code to the locked hotel door, and instructions on our room locations, keys, etc. What they did NOT give us was any information on where to park our rental car, which wouldn't have been a big deal, except for the fact we were in an unfamiliar foreign country in which we did not speak the country's language--two things which make what normally would be a pretty simple problem one that was stressful and full of uncertainty. No one was on site at the property to assist, nor did anyone answer the phone when we called. Once I was able to find a pay lot and Google Translate my way through talking to the attendant, we were able to settle into our rooms, which were serviceable and clean.
