We checked in around 2am. Checked online when booking fir check in times/instructions because i knew we would be checking in late, and it stated 24 hr front desk check in. When we arrived, the female attendant was uoset that we were checking in so kate and said reservations get cancelled after 12am as no shows, that next time we needed to call in or we would be turned away. We had our 2yr old with us, so we had no choice but to check in despite the attitude and unwelcoming talk from the attendant. I just told her not to worry, as there would not be a next time, and she sent me out to get my license plate. I came back and tried small talk, to ease the attitude but, she didnt even reply to my "how are you doing tonight", just continued finalizing the check in. We left to the room and saw it was in deplorable state, not seen on pictures posted online. The room was dirty dusty, the shower drain was rusted, the stove was rusted, the heater was super loud, 2 towels only for a 3 day 2 night stay, and there was a rim molding on floor dividing the room and kitchen area screwed into place, and thebscrews were not completely screwed down, they were sticking out. It was not a safe place for our baby to walk around in... a pocture frame fell off the wall, and lukcily landed on the table in front of it, if that table had not been there it would have landed on top of my baby, there was loud cursing fighting outside and a car got its windowbroken.
