전반적으로 만족도 4이상의 깔끔하고 청결한 호텔입니다. 인근에 아주 활성화된 down town이 없지만 간단한 점심/저녁을 해결할 수 있는 상업시설과 레스토랑이 일부 있어 필요 시 근처에서 저녁을 해결할 수 있고, 룸서비스로 제공되는 음식의 맛은 매우 훌륭한 편입니다. 직원들이 전문적인 호텔 서비스를 제공하는 직원의 모습보다는 게스트 하우스에 소속된 사람처럼 편안한 응대가 거부감이 없고 좋았습니다. 또한, 객실 내에 업무를 할 수 있는 작은 책상과 스탠드 등이 마련되어 있어 간단한 업무를 할 때, 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 다만, wifi 강도가 좀 약해서 youtube, facetime 등의 동영상 서비스는 원할하게 이용할 수 없었고, 구두주걱이나 욕실에서 제공되는 amenity 용품은 제한적이오니 이용 시 참고하시길 바랍니다.

The walls are extremely thin. Both nights the people next door were extremely loud. We were traveling with children and one of tbe nights the couple waa having sex so loud and could literally hear everything. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and and I never received a phone call to do so. The second night, the couple was watching tv and having vwry loud conversations with another adult feom 2am til about 4am. We did not sleep very well throughout our stay and probably wouldn't stay again.

No fan in the bathroom, towels very small, miserable amount of lotion. 1st floor room window looks directly to the parking where people transit all day. No privacy.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. However if you’re looking for a good night sleep this is definitely not the hotel to choose. There is quite a bit of road noise. Also the people in the room next to us were blasting the TV and music in the middle of the night. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t seem to the addresses it. It eventually stopped around 2am which made our 6am wake-up very painful. We come down for sport events often and will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

The stay was wonderful great service and great rooms. Although I suggest parking as close as you can to the hotel and take all your belongings with you because my vehicle was Broken into!

Sorry for the inconvenience, the parking is not private parking and we share it with other businesses. However, we always recommend to all of our guests not to leave anything valuable in the car.

The hotel was very clean, nice staff as well. Pillows were WAY to thin and very uncomfortable, windows thin traffic very loud. Unable to sleep withought being woken up multiple times.

Wonderful Weekend Away
This property was excellent! Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. Pool with cabanas was a nice touch. We had a reunion at a hotel in Santana Row and were able to get there easily with Uber. Double Queen room fit 4 adults comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value but nothing fancy
This hotel was clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet so you could get a good night sleep. Hallways were odd, dark with retro lighting. Would have been better if it included a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the infused cucumber water.
