Thank you for sharing about your recent stay. I was disappointed to hear about your experience. After doing further research, there was an issue on Expedia with our room type descriptions. I do see that you reserved a room with a fireplace, which is actually our Courtyard Fireplace King rooms. When your reservation came into our system, it reserved you a Deluxe King Suite. This Deluxe King Suite is actually three rooms types higher than the Courtyard Fireplace King, but unfortunately, only that lower specific room type have fireplaces. So our team actually did provide you with a significant upgrade. We will, however, need to rectify this issue with Expedia. We do hope that you are willing to give the property another try again in the future and we will make sure that your stay is a memorable one.

They also have a full bar that is open nightly. Our room service is also available from 7am until 10pm daily. We apologize if there was any miscommunication while here on property about this but hope that you are able to join us again in the future to take advantage of the wonderful food offerings that we have here on property.

This card must authorize for a minimum of 150 for a one night stay and an additional 50 per additional night, up to 300. We do have this listed in our policies and unfortunately are unable to make exceptions. As you were unable to provide this, our team was happy to assist you with a refund to your booking. We would be happy to have you back at the property in the future so you are actually able to enjoy the exceptional experience that our property provides our guests!
