It was the second visit and I love this hotel. It’s clean, safe and affordable price. The area is also so close to restaurants and other downtowns. Recommend travelers to trip to the bay area!

The instructions on kreug cofee maker is not that clear. Tried to do it with cofee twice but it takes a long time to heat the water inside the kreug machine

I am convinced that this property has fake 10/10 reviews. The area outside look relatively decent but as soon as you get inside it’s like you’re taken back in time….like scary movie motel type atmosphere. My daughter and I checked in, went upstairs where the hallway floors were sticky and unkept, it smelled musty, and the did not have adequate lighting in the hall. There were also bugs crawling near the wall off the hallway. Get into the room and it is NOTHING like the pictures. Very tiny room, very very outdated, the sheets were dirty and the hotel toilet did not have water in it and smelled awful. We were there for a total of 10 mins and the hotel refused to give us a refund. We left and went 10 mins down the road to a MUCH better hotel. Will never ever stay here again

Upon our investigation our housekeeping supervisor confirmed the room was clean prior to your check in and did not find any of the accused comments. The hotel location is pretty good, around several shopping places and eateries. It's also strategically located near several silicon valley companies in the bay area. One thing I didn't like is the use of plastic cutlery. There's just too much plastic. Plastic forks and knives come in a plastic wrapper. Spoons come in a plastic wrapper separately. There's plastic cups for juices, too, and so on. There are those paper cups for coffee, which I'm not sure are recyclable in the area. So, this should change.

It felt clean and staff were super friendly. The best surprise (besides the affordable rate) was fresh cooked rice for breakfast. The dislikes were minor.
