난방기 소음이 너무 커서, 켜질때마다 잠을 깼다. 조식에 소시지, 계란, 베이컨도 없었고, 손질된 과일도 없었다. 객실별 전자랜지 비치로 간편조리가능함은 편리했다.

인터넷, 리셉션, 방 조명이 특히 별로인 곳입니다.

다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳입니다. 객실과 호텔 청결도: 뭐 아주 지저분한 것까진 아니지만, 만족할 만큼 깨끗하지도 않습니다. 리셉션 데스크가 특히 불친절합니다. '서비스'라는 것을 제공할 생각이 없으니, 그런 것을 조금이라도 기대하는 분은 절대로 가서는 안됩니다. 그리고 와이파이가 가장 최악입니다. 접속 안정성, 전파 범위, 속도, 모든 면에서 평균 이하이니 비즈니스 목적으로 머물 분이라면 절대로 피하시기 바랍니다. 전등은 참 어둡습니다. 아침도 그냥 주니까 먹는다 싶은 정도고, 그냥 정말 Inn에 묵는다 생각하시고 아무 기대도 하지 않고 잠만 주무실 분만 이용하세요. 근처에 홀푸즈마켓, 월마트 등이 차로 3분 거리 이내에 있긴 합니다. 유일한 이점입니다.

After returning from work, we noted that the room wasnt cleaned (no towels replaced, or spreadsheet changed) and still the cleaning lady took the tips left. We came up to the front desk to discuss about the situation. All we heard from the guy at the front desk that it is too bad the cleanding lady is not there at the moment and there is nothing he can do until she shows up in the morning. Although we were surprised about the room situation, what we were more disappointed was of his attitudes and responses to guests. He could have simply ask for an extra towel or at least an apology for what the hotel has done. He was very defensive as if to making sure it is not his fault...we stayed there three nights which was pleasant up until the last night the incident happen..it was a lesson how a littlething can change everything

첫 배정받은 객실 키가 작동되지 않아 객실을 변경했는데, 햇볕이 들지 않는 위치임에도 조명이 어두침침했음. 기본적인 물이나 냉장고도 비치되지 않았고, 에어컨이나 조명, 욕실 등 모든 시설이 오래돼서 곧 고장날거 같았음. 샤워기 트는 방법도 불편해서 직원을 불러서 물어봐야 했는데, 직원도 "세게 뽑아야 된다"며 설명해주는데 샤워기가 벽에서 뽑혀나오는 줄 알았음. 호텔 위치는 한적한 곳에 있어서 대체적으로 조용함. 근처에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 가게나 식당은 맞은편 햄버거집 뿐이고, 나머지는 차를 운전해서 이동해야 함. 1개월쯤 전 미리 예약했던 가격에 비해, 하루 전에 예약하는 가격이 반값에 가까웠던 터라, 미리 예약하면 손해보는 느낌임. 직원 친절도는 중간 정도로 친절하지도 불쾌하지도 않은 기본 수준임.

Good for the price

Great location. All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was always good and the coffee was plentiful and delicious. The reason I gave 4 stars to some items: my room was clearly smoked in, so an ozone machine might help; also the carpet needs to be replaced and a few corners need a bit more attention. Overall, I had a very nice experience.

The check in staff was great. Very friendly. Room was older, but not bad. Felt as if room was not cleaned well as you could feel stuff under your feet and a blonde hair in the sheets. Hopefully they had been washed or changed out. Breakfast was good. Room was warm and cozy.

A good basic motel. THe bathroom is too dimly lit and the bathroom door won't close if you are sitting on the toilet

It will suffice

Room was clean and had all that was needed. I would say add body wash if possible. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was just ok, but we did go late, so that could be why. Good choices though. When we checked in the guy at the front desk said it was ok to use the pool late, but when the kids tried to, we were told no. Don’t promise something and then not deliver. I wasn’t overly impressed, but it was sufficient

With it being cold/flu season and the threat of Covid still around you think the rooms would be cleaner but there was dead bugs in ice bucket, floor sticky/dirty, had not cleaned behind toilet in some time, tub did not drain, bathroom fan came on but did not work. There was no paper/pen or any information about the breakfast or surrounding area. Breakfast okay but no fruit.

The rooms where not what we expected in comparison to the photos posted on website. The room was very dirty and a slight oder of urine. Would not stay there again.

Would not recommend.

The hotel room was very dusty and dirty. Not cleaned thoroughly at all. Everything was old and not updated. There were old broken down cars sitting in the parking lot that had spider webs and had obviously been there awhile. Plus we were charged an extra $50 without being told what it was for.

Would definitely stay here again. In an area where hotels are ridiculously expensive this is a great find. The staff are lovely. They texted me after my first night to check on how everything was. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I was not expecting that. Location is great and the rooms are set back from the street so it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet is included and adequate. Microwave and good size fridge that actually kept things cold and refroze my ice packs in the room.
