아늑하고 편안한 최고의 가성비 숙소
외관상 다소 낡아보일 수 있지만 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 실내는 깨끗했으며 편안했습니다. 나흘 지내는 동안 불편함은 하나도 없었습니다. 마스터는 매우 친절하며, 상시 숙소에 머물면서 숙박객의 불편사항을 체크합니다. 하루는 밤 12시쯤 들어왔는데, 제대로 들어오는지 직접 나와 확인할 정도로 섬세하고 배려가 깊었습니다. 다시 출장을 오게되면 꼭 이곳에 머물겠습니다.

남자 혼자 다니는 출장용 숙박
아주 친절함. 샤로 리모델링 해서 그런지 깨끗함. 주차편리. 시내쪽 환경은 좋으나 반대편 환경은 약간...떨어지지만 차로 이동해야하는 산호세에선 문제될 것 없음. 남자 혼자 단촐한 츌장으로는 가성비 뛰어남. 10분 정도 거리에 화려한 식당들도 몇곳 있고 저렴한 식당도 있고. 커플이나 가족용은 아님. 와이파이 좋음.

Very nice and incredibly reasonably priced (one of the few in the area with parking included). Host was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back.

Enjoyed my stay!! Everything was clean and comfortable. Services were also great, the manager was very kind. There is also a microwave and fridge. Nice cafe next door and walkable area.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too! The only thing missing was breakfast but there are plenty of nearby places to eat.

The rooms are very spacious and well kept. When I take a shower, the water is hot immediately, and stays hot much longer than my at-home shower. The mattress is very nice, and I had such an easy time sleeping I had dreams every night. The location is wonderful too, in walking distance of the convention center, mini-marts, and restaurants and food trucks. I traveled from out of state, but i never needed to get a ride anywhere except back to the airport at the end of my stay. I give full marks to the establishment.

I loved this motel! Only a 7 minute walk to the convention center and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They let us know about a coffee shop right next door and it was wonderful. Hoping to book another stay next year.

As soon as my friend and I arrived, we received a friendly greeting. Not only was the owner friendly and helpful, he was very funny. If we needed anything at all, we just had to let him know and he made the whole process of staying there easy and great. I would gladly stay here again as it is a guaranteed great and comfortable place to be.

Would stay there again.
Nick checked us in. He has a great sense of humor and always made sure our stay was pleasant throughout our stay. Room was clean. Courtyard adorable. No complaints. We wanted to stay somewhere close to improv.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with an array or outlets which is important in these days. I will stay there again for sure. One should note that they don't provide coffee in the room or lobby. This was not a problem for me as I had my own coffee maker. I enjoyed my time there.

Best Hotel Downtown SJ for price and friendliness
This hotel is my favorite in downtown San Jose as it’s remodeled in a great way and per dollar is the nicest place I’ve stayed downtown. The gentlemen who runs it is super friendly and accommodating. You can tell his positive attitude and dedication to service is why this hotel is so great.

Nick, the proprietor takes great pride in this property. I’ve stayed several times. He’s always friendly and the place is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this spot as it’s conveniently located near great food.

A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY
I have stayed here several times and each time I notice the area generally improving. The owner/front desk person is extremely pleasant and I enjoyed the quick chats with him. Stay was again very comfortable and quiet. The rooms are very large and the little two seat sitting area was a nice place to sit and read. Around the corner is a local theatre that happened to have a poetry reading. Not normally sometime I do, but it was close and an interesting experience. The other stores along that street are eclectic and very fun to visit. Again, a nice change from the chain hotels in an area of town that is fun to visit.
