Hotel Victoriano is a gorgeous hotel. They take really great care of the grounds and the hotel itself. Everyone that worked there was amazing. Carlos was especially helpful. I would highly recommend waiting to book expeditions and car services until you talk to him. I could have saved so hundreds of dollars (literally) had I known him before booking this trip. You are close to everything you need to be close to, everything is within walking distance so it is easy to run in and out. Also, I would recommend getting a room with an ocean view, even though my room was nice I wish I had booked an ocean view.

Friendly staff, decent spot. Do not get make up on the face clothes/towels, they apparently charge for that because they can’t get it out.

Beautiful building and lovely location right on the beach. Room was small and no window taht could be opened. Same was the case in the bathroom. The tap flowed into the surface rather than going into the wash basin which made it hard to use. Breakfast was good. Small pool but good for kids. All in all, it wasn’t value for the money we paid.

Beautiful sunset
This is the hotel Mark Twain stayed in and I can see why. The beautiful view and friendly staff are unmatched anywhere.

Located right on the beach and east walk to shops and restaurants. Also close to secondary streets for bargains and banks. Have their own bar and restaurant and breakfast options included were good and served, versus buffet style Would have liked a little more bottled water included

We like that the hotel looks out on the beach. Also it has a sweet pool. Great food. Short walk to center of the town and lots of restaurants.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The place is clean and well cared for. I especially love how close it is to downtown to be able to walk around, and it is just far enough away to be extremely quiet.

We heard from a friend about the hotel. We like to take a break from our shaggy beach house in San Juan del Sur occasionally so decided to head here. It did not disappoint. Lovely room and delicious food on the veranda.

This was our first stay at Hotel Victoriano, and won't be the last. The staff were all very kind and helpful and most spoke English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and even had a small drink refrigerator and hot water. It is walking diatance to downtown, which makes shopping convenient. And, they had secure parking. Definitely a 5 star place.

The hotel is a well maintained historic building. It is across the street from the beach, but there are no buildings on the beach side in front of it. It’s an easy walk to the beach, dozens of excellent restaurants, shops, and public parks. The restaurant food is high quality and very reasonably priced. Staff could not have been nicer. English and Español.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel apporte la tranquillité, puisqu’il est situé un peu plus loin des bars. De plus, nous pouvons y retrouver plusieurs endroits pour relaxer à l’extérieur: jardins, piscine, tables. L’architecture de l’hôtel est très joli, par contre un peu de rénovations seraient de mise. La tuyauterie serait à refaire( poignées de la douche qui tournent dans le beurre, air climatisé super bruyante, par contre, il nous a été permis de changer de chambre. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes pas baignés, car l’eau de la piscine embrouiillée…

Delicious food and wonderful drinks. Bar and kitchen were a 10. Felix, Marlon, and the other young waiter ( forgot his name)were SOLID! Non working safe and only 1 key per room was an issue since I was sharing a room. Also had an issue with drugs I left at front desk for another doc to pick up. She was told 2x that I didn’t leave any .

El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable, el personal fue muy amable y respetuoso, el estacionamiento esta en la calle pero tiene un guarda de vigilancia, un señor que es muy amable con los huespedes tambien. El checkin fue inmediato, ya nos estaban esperando, el desayuno tipico nicaraguense estuvo muy rico.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, le personnel attentif à ses clients, les chambres sont spacieuses, le restaurant offre la possibilité de prendre tous les repas (de qualité) sur place. Location de véhicules sur place ce qui est pratique. J’aurais apprécié avoir une penderie pour les vêtements dans la chambre, il n’y avait que 2 petites commodes.

I Love Old Classic Hotels!
I love these old classic hotels! Beautiful wood floors, large room looking out on the bay. The staff was great, super attentive, they arranged rides for us out to several beaches, and back to the border. San Juan Del Sur is pretty loud, so bring ear plugs.
